The condo was spacious and clean, loved the king beds in all rooms. Plus the 2 twin bed pullouts. Plenty of cookware and pantry space for food. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella was a huge plus!

The condo was very nice. It was well furnished and comfortable. I especially liked the headboards above the beds. They were very clever. Every thing went smoothly after we received our 3rd car pass. Our party enjoyed staying there and would rent it again.

Beautiful View and Excellent Parking

Condo was beautiful with adequate supplies provided to get you through your stay. 3 king beds with one facing the ocean & balcony access. Parking was amazing and easy to find a spot which we have not always experienced staying other places. Overall I would stay here again!

Girls Trip

It was a fun girls trip for us.. The whole condo was amazing, comfortable, and clean! It was quick and easy getting to the pool and the beach. Complementary chairs and umbrella was a nice treat and simple to add another set. The views from the balcony were amazing each morning while having our coffee!! Thank you and we look forward to staying there again!!

The host had excellent response time to our hot water concern. The condo had a nice beach view and the walk to the beach was easy! The condo decor was soothing and nice. The parking worked very well for 3 vehicles with an additional parking pass. However, the sliding glass doors were cloudy, very difficult to open, and loud, which made it almost impossible to quietly watch the sunrise while a little one was sleeping in the master bedroom. There were only 4 coffee cups for all 8 adults. The pots, pans, and spatulas were very worn and still dirty. The drawers and drawer handles in the kitchen were really dirty. We had to wash all of the dishes before using. The floors left our feet black and felt dirty. The overall cleanliness of the place was mediocre. I probably wouldnā€™t recommend unless the cleanliness improved vastly. Plus, there was only one working elevator. I donā€™t normally complain but we spent quite a bit to stay here so I was expecting a higher quality condo. I would rate it ā€œokay/goodā€ due to the view, beach access, and parking.

We're genuinely sorry about the cleanliness issues you encountered, and we wish you'd reached out during your stay so we could have sent our team to address it right away. We can't fix what we don't know about! Our team rarely receives cleaning complaints, and we pride ourselves on high attention to detail. We have a post clean inspection team that was in the condo just before your arrival to make everything as perfect as possible! New sliding doors are already on order and scheduled for installation this winter. The approval process for exterior door replacement in this building took longer than we'd hoped and required an engineering inspection! We have hosted many happy guests through the years at Grouper Therapy and always strive to deliver a sparkling clean beach vacation!

We loved staying here! The room was extremely clean, had everything we needed and more.

The condo was perfect for our three families. Plenty of space and very clean. The beds slept great and the amenities were top notch. The local restaurants were all very good and never waited in line to eat anywhere. The beach service was immaculate, always checking in on us throughout the day and taking our trash. Overall best beach trip weā€™ve had as a family! Thank you for making it perfect.

Beautiful condo!! Perfect for families!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and the ocean views were stunning. Check in was easy and owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating and caring. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We had four adults and three children (7, 7, and 5) and had plenty of room. We stayed for a week and would definitely come back again! Check out was simple, too. Everything is as described and as pictured- youā€™ll be very happy to have stayed here!

When we arrived there was relaxing music playing and everything looked so clean and updated. We had six adults & 3 young children we were all very comfortable. The bed in the master was Awesome. Didnā€™t have any problems it was just Beautiful and we all had a Great time!!

Wonderful family location

We had a wonderful vacation with our family at this condo and the location. We loved the condoā€™s three king suites for our three families and the addition of twin pull outs was such a bonus. Those fit easily into the big master and the second one we just had to enter and exit thru the bathroom which was no big deal and offered that family more privacy. The whole condo was family friendly and we enjoyed the pool and the balcony. Condo had everything you could want- regular and k cup coffee pots and a insta pot for steaming seafood. We also highly recommend

Family vacation 2025

This condo was perfect for our family! We had 6 adults and 3 toddlers. It was perfect since we were 3 families wanting to stay together. Really enjoyed how we each had a king size bed and bathroom. Beautiful view! Not as crowded as the busier beaches. We weee able to get front row chairs every day. The pool was a nice addition as well. Be careful with little ones and the front door as there is no way to lock it from the inside. We put a chair in front because these toddlers are sneaky. Will definitely be back!

AMAZING CONDO AND LOCATION!

We booked this for our Spring Break and were shocked to still find it available! The property manager was so personable and awesome with communication! The renovation in this condo was perfect! Flooring, quartz countertops, bathrooms were all amazing! I am VERY particular about cleanliness and it was great! Sheets, bathrooms and floors! Location is beach front so it made it so easy to get the kids back and forth daily. Also comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella and adding additional chairs is super easy and only $10/chair. Location is central to activities and an easy drive into Destin! We would for sure stay again!

Perfect location and condo for a larger family.

We had three families in our condo for our five night stay. Each family had their own rooms and own bathrooms which provided everyone their own space and privacy which was HUGE to us. The living area and kitchen were the perfect entertaining space and just as shown on the listing. The condo is just an elevator ride and quick walk through the condo buildings pool area to get to the beach. The condo was also very clean upon arrival and even came with all the basic starter supplies like dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. All three families agreed that we would book this condo again. No one had any complaints.

Would Stay Again

The place was very clean, nice view, only complaint is that there were 3 bathrooms with a total of 3 washcloths..ONE per restroom, thatā€™s it. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, no dish detergent for washing pots in sink. There were 2 or 4 tabs for the dishwasher. Not a huge deal, just wish we had known ahead of time to bring extra towels/washcloths. Also, there werenā€™t enough king size bedding. All bedrooms have a king bed that are very comfortable but one was unmade, had only the mattress protector/pad thing. Otherwise, it was a great stay, board games to play, nice view of ocean and pool area.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay in Grouper Therapy! As you know you were our very first guests since this condo was recently remodeled and refurnished from top to bottom! Unfortunately housekeeping snafus can happen and as soon you told me about the sheets I offered to send housekeeping back to bring the missing sheets, but you found some in the closet ā€“ we are always glad to rectify anything for our guests! We store extra towels and washcloths under each sink cabinet. Our listing and welcome letter does tell our guests that we only provide starter supplies of things like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs as is common practice in our area. We hope you can make it back to the beach again soon and were able to create some great family memories on this trip!

I'd stay here again!

We had a very precocious 2 year old who managed to open the front door and make it to the elevator and press the button before we could snag him. There was no way to lock the door to keep this from happening again. We put a chair in front of the door when he was there, but that meant if anyone needed to leave someone had to put the chair back. Or if someone came back someone had to.let them in. Front door definitely needs child proofed. Also there was no way to lock the balcony door. And we had people smoking on adjacent balconies. We had a person that is allergic to cigarette smoke and were under the impression the whole complex was smoke free. Other than that the stay was perfect. Everyone in our party said they would definitely rent this condo again! It was decorated so homey and beachy. It was very comfortable. A wonderful place to stay.
