Vielen Dank, dass Sie unser zweites Zuhause für Ihren Urlaub oder Ihren Kurzurlaub in Betracht gezogen haben. Dies ist die perfekte Unterkunft für anspruchsvolle Alleinstehende, Paare oder Familien. Wir bieten ein komfortables, sauberes, komplett renoviertes und gepflegtes Zuhause für Ihren Strandurlaub.

Unser Haus befindet sich in idealer Lage, nur ein Haus vom Sand entfernt, 3 Blocks südlich des Newport Beach Pier am Balboa Boulevard. Der neu fertiggestellte Marina Park liegt direkt gegenüber. Wir haben jetzt einen hervorragenden Blick auf den Yachthafen aus dem Wohnzimmer. Das Haus ist nur eine kurze Fahrt oder Radtour von der Balboa Fun Zone entfernt, wo Sie Whale Watching-Touren, Hochseefischen und Boote mieten können. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und fantastische Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Schwimmen in der Bucht oder im Meer ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt.

Das Meer und die Bucht sind nur 150 Meter von unserer Haustür entfernt, der weltberühmte Wedge ist gleich die Straße runter, der Flughafen John Wayne und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auf Fashion Island sind 15 Minuten entfernt, Disneyland ist nur 30 Minuten entfernt und San Diego 90 Minuten .

Great location and excellent home

This was a great place. It was well supplied with everything we could want. We had plenty of room for 8 people. The place has a garage with room for two smaller vehicles. This is a great bonus for this area. The beds and rooms were all comfortable and the living area was able to accommodate all of us and some additional friends. Very well stocked kitchen with every conceivable appliance and a nice gas stove and dishwasher. Washer and dryer were used a lot. There were all kinds of beach toys and chairs for use, even bikes. The only downside I noted was that the wifi reception didn't reach to the master bedroom in the back of the house. Otherwise, everything was great and appreciated being allowed to check in early. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to enjoy Newport Beach.

everything you'd want in a beach rental

Location: Pretty much perfect for beach, bar and restaurant access. Accommodations: This upstairs runs from the street to the back alley with the main living area at the front and the master bedroom/lanai at the back. The front can be noisy due to street traffic, but all the bedrooms and the master in particular are quiet. The bathrooms, kitchen and washer dryer had more than enough supplies to avoid running to the store for this or that, which happens at many other rentals. All in all an enjoyable experience. available

Awesome Newport Beach house walking distance to the beach!

We had a great time in Newport Beach! The home was clean with plenty of room for all 10 of us. The breeze from the crosswind through the house keeps it nice and cool. We have always stayed on Balboa Island in the past. It was so nice to be so close to the beach this time and never have to find a dreading parking spot. Your also close to anything you need. The owner is very friendly and really easy to get a hold of if you need to. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, welcoming host

We stayed at this property while in town for a wedding. It was a perfect home base and well stocked with everything we needed (even a pack n play for those traveling with little ones). I was impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. The only negative for us was no AC (only an issue because we stayed during a major heat wave . . . there are ceiling fans). The two parking spots are absolutely invaluable if you're staying during the summer. The park across the street is perfect for kids. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Loved it!!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. With lots of babies, it was great being so close to the beach so we could come and go as we pleased. The house was very clean and fit all 11 us perfectly! Would definitely recommend it!

Great access to beach and comfortable furnishings with lots of added extras included

We had problems with the rowdy and drunk downstairs tenants on July 4 starting at 9 am, however, the owner called the police and the problem was resolved. Our kitchen sink became clogged and it was repaired quickly. The house included many things not normally supplied like detergent, paper products and even some condiments. It is a nice location but the front of the house can be noisy as it's on the main drag of the Balboa Peninsula. A lovely park is located right across the street for kids and harbor views are nice. If you want peace and quiet during a prime summer week, then this may not be for you. However, if you want a great house with good beach access and in the middle of it all I think you'll be happy..

Great place and great location

This place is stocked with everything you need. The master is very spacious. Loved the remodeled bathrooms.The beach is well maintained as you would expect in Newport Beach. Drove to Disneyland in just 20-25 minutes. We had beautiful weather the entire week.

Perfect for my large family-young and old!!!

The house was absolutely perfect! Better than pictured! The location was amazing it was literally only a 3 minute walk with seven kids and a wagon. The owner was so helpful with all of my questions. The house contained everything we needed. There was the park across the street on one side and the beach right there on the other with the balboa fun zone just down the road. With 7 kids ranging from 8-14 we never once heard a complaint about being bored or needing anything. This was an amazing stay and really helped bring our family together.

Awesome beach house and host

The beach House of clean and very tidy as advertised.We really enjoyed staying there.The kids especially were delighted with their room, toys and comic books that are present. The house also has beach equipment which we can use. James was very wonderful and gracious host, very prompt in giving replies to our messages. I recommend this house for people with kids looking for a quiet getaway and spend some quality time with family enjoying the warmth and occasional cool breeze of Newport beach

Cozy holiday getaway

This was our first VRBO experience and we could not have been more pleased. James, the owner, was a delight to communicate with and was always available to answer questions. His home was equipped with everything we needed during our stay and my family of 6 had lots of room to spread out and have our own space. It was very cold during our stay and all the beds were super cozy and warm. My kids enjoyed the playground and park across the street and we all enjoyed the pier and beach behind the house. There was a ton to do for everyone's entertainment right there in walking distance. It was the perfect holiday getaway for us and James' accommodations suited us wonderfully. We would be delighted to stay in his home again and would absolutely recommend it for any season.

Don't miss out on this AWESOME property!!!

This place is very well kept and comfortable. It's decorated well and things are in great condition. It's quite a large place, steps away from the beach (one beach house) so a 30 second walk gets you to the sand. It's about a 3 minute walk from the Newport Pier - perfect location! All the linens were included which was really nice. We would stay there again, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a larger place for a group of 10 or less. The owner was very attentive and answered emails and phone calls immediately.

wonderful property

I don't often write reviews, but I was so happy with this property I felt a review was needed. This wonderful home is steps from the beach, walking distance to numerous great restaurants, and right across the street from a new city playground. The house was well appointed, with so many extras. Even though the contract said we were responsible for replenishables, there were new bars of soap and shampoo in the showers, lots of items for the beach (umbrellas, chairs, toys, etc), and the kitchen was well stocked (there was even a few eggs and butter in the fridge, as well as pancake mix and coffee in the cupboard). The kids room had a great closet full of books at videos that my twin (almost 3yo) boys loved. Even though we had brought books from home, they wanted to read one of the new ones from the closet each night. We had 4 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 teenagers in the house and we were all very comfortable. The owner was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. I would love to stay here again on future trips to Newport Beach.

Our Summer Getaway

This was our 4th time renting this home for a week in the summer. We love working with the owner. Everything is alway smooth and the property is great. Plenty of room and very close to all the important Newport Beach attractions; Newport Pier, Balboa Fun Zone, 15th street, balboa bay. This year we added paddle boarding to our activities and there is a paddle board rental place at 15th street which is three blocks away. The new Marina Park is directly across the street with basketball courts, grass, playground and slide. Great garage with two spots. We use one for all our bikes and beach stuff and the other for a car. House is also within walking distance to Old Spaghetti Factory, The Crab Cooker, and all the Newport Pier restaurants and ice cream shops. Beach access is easy and quick. Straight out 18th street is a long walkway halfway to the water which make hauling all your beach stuff way easier. There is a life guard tower at 18th street too. I can't say enough about the property. We will be booking again for next July.

A sanctuary

When I think of a place to get away to, this is the place. This was my second stay at this home and I just absolutely love it. Just about everything you need is provided for. So close to the beach and restaurants that you don't even need a car. Very clean, comfortable and organized. My boyfriend and I stayed in the master bedroom, we left the french doors open to let in the sea breeze in and the music playing from the armoire all night, it was so romantic, peaceful and we slept like babies.

Hate to leave!! Has everything you could want or need!

We come to the area 3-4 times per year and this is one of the nicest beach homes we have rented. Anyone who tells you that you do not need a designated parking spot in this area is not being honest! This applies to ALL times of the year! This one has a tandem space for 2 cars-it is a God send!! The linens are exceptional and the master bed is VERY comfortable and upscale. Kitchen is fully stocked and labeled and organized. Very clean home with the huge added benefit of a washer and dryer. Again, finding a washer and dryer laundry mat anywhere close to this area is impossible-if you are staying longer than a few days-you need a washer and dryer. Bathrooms are also fully stocked with thoughtful items throughout! I would highly recommend this home and we feel that the owners have really thought of everything you might need, or want, when it comes to meeting the needs of a vacationer. The beach is SUPER close and just a couple of short blocks from main pier area! Thanks for having us! Petersons

The house was great! Very close to the beach, just one house off the beach. Great location on Balboa Island, close to everything. The home was very well kept and accommodates plenty of people with multiple bedrooms. Looking forward to staying here again.

The kitchen is well appointed with almost everything you would need to cook with. All you need to do is pack the frig with food and enjoy your stay.
