Diese außergewöhnlich saubere Einheit wurde vor kurzem mit einer neuen voll ausgestatteten Küche mit neuen Schränken, Granitoberflächen und Geräten aufgewertet. Es verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder (Dusche und Badewanne), Hochleistungswaschmaschine und -trockner, Platz für 2 Autos in der Garage für 4 Autos, Highspeed-Internet, Flachbildfernseher, Stereoanlage usw. Die obere Einheit hat einen Balkon mit Meerblick und die untere Einheit hat eine Terrasse. mit mindestens 10 Stühlen und 2 Tischen. Die Immobilie ist eine Maisonette und die hier aufgelistete ist die niedrigere Einheit, die kurzfristig und wöchentlich von Samstag bis Samstag von Juni bis August vermietet. Die obere Einheit ist gleich groß und wird von Mitte September bis Mitte Juni für 9 Monate vermietet. Es ist ab der ersten Juniwoche wöchentlich verfügbar. My husband and I grew up in Southern California and always dreamed of owning a place in Newport Beach. After spending several years working overseas in Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines we returned to fulfill that dream. In 1990 we bought a brand new duplex in Newport and it has become a favorite place for our family and friends to stay.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Our place is a 20 minute drive from John Wayne airport, 30 minutes from Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. It is also within walking distance to the Newport and Balboa Piers as well as great restaurants, shops, and grocery stores, not to mention only 7 houses from the beach. One of our favorite things to do in the afternoon is to walk down the boardwalk and get a frozen banana.

Another favorite past time is to sip our morning coffee on the patio while watching the pods of dolphins and Catalina Island in the distance. The gentle waves made it ideal for swimming, surfing or body surfing.
