Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house. It is in a perfect location. It is very close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It had tons of beach items for us to use. It was very clean and comfortable, we highly recommend staying here!

This was a wonderful stay at a beautiful home steps from the beach. We love coming to Newport Beach and this was one of the best homes we've stayed in. Joe and Joan were wonderful communicators and very helpful. Highly recommend.

everything was great the home had everything that we needed for a pleasant weekday and all things needed for the beach. It was a little rowdy around the street because it was spring break but the house was wonderful

We had a great time at this property - it is in an excellent location, walking distance to everything and the owners do a great job making sure you have everything that you need for a great stay.
