Had a great time. The place is so close to the water, AC was strong, shower was amazing, tv swivel situation was awesome. Highly recommend. Just wish I hadn't left my skateboard there, but I guess it's my donation to a great place.

We were very happy with this rental. Property as defined. The patio is the best part—we enjoyed the morning shade and fresh ocean breeze. Management was responsive as we needed more towels and they came ASAP. Would rent again!

Reviewer Comments: all in all good, had a great time with the family. much needed time away, good location, easy beach access, quiet street, east access to food etc on beach cruisers...... some minor remodel / construction issues - master bedroom closet rod wasnt screwed into a stud and didnt have a drywall anchor so it pulled right out of the wall. Think a handyman should go back through the property, noticed alot of small things like screws getting loose on the front gate, garbage can in kitchen etc. Cleaning - when we checked in noticed floor wasnt 100% clean. I understand its hard to get all the dirt and sand up being that close to the beach but it would be nice to start with none in the house. Also found a used feminine hygiene wrapper under the night stand in the master bedroom.

Reviewer Comments: Great location but I was not happy with the cleanliness and the infestation of ants. we spent several hundreds of dollars of food that we ended up throwing away because of the ants. Given that we paid such a premium I was extremely disappointed with the rental. I will definitely plan on looking else where for next years vacation.
