The Space:
An ideal stay for fun-loving families and beach enthusiasts! This 1,600 sq ft duplex within a Spanish-style villa offers you a slice of coastal bliss just a block from the PCH (CA-1), California’s famous coastal highway!
The home is open and bright with a full modern kitchen for preparing meals and a dining room with a table to seat 8 to enjoy them plus, a high chair for your little one! There’s a comfy living room with a sink-in-and-relax type sofa for a chill movie night beside the gas fireplace.
You’ll have all you’d need for a comfortable beachy stay with 4 bedrooms to accommodate 8 guests. Three rooms upstairs, all with queen -sized beds, two with ensuite bathrooms, and there’s a wet bar and mini-fridge in the hall, so you don’t need to go up and down for snacks and refreshments!
The 4th room is downstairs with a double bed and a full bathroom across the hall. There’s a washer and dryer in the garage for added convenience. There are beach towels, some beach essentials, and room for your car in the garage (although it’s likely you’ll walk around to enjoy this charming town!)

Corona Del Mar is a picturesque seaside town known for its cliffside views and serene Pacific beaches. You’ll be in a charming neighborhood with healthy food and fine dining options, boutique shops, cafes, and markets, all wrapped in a tranquil, upscale ambiance. It's a slice of coastal sophistication with a laid-back vibe, perfect for relaxation and exploration.

Getting Around:
The home is about 7 miles from the John Wayne/Orange County Airport (SNA) and 45 miles from LAX (Los Angeles Airport).
The best means of transportation is by car. You can hire private transport (Towncar) if you’re not driving. There are also rideshare services like Super Shuttle and curb-ride services like Uber and Lyft, as well as taxis.
Other Things to Note:
Guests will need to climb stairs as it’s a 2-story home.
We provide complimentary essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, dishwasher capsules, and toilet paper.
There’s no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like the place cleaned during your stay, that service can be arranged for an extra fee.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
WE KINDLY ASK ALL GUESTS TO ABIDE BY THESE HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of recreational drugs or illegal activity on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors. The home is equipped with noise sensors that will notify us if the volume at the home exceeds the acceptable level.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Pet-friendly property. 2 pets max. Please let us know at booking if you'll be traveling with your pet.
