Kona Magic Sands#309 is a DIRECT oceanfront, Top floor condo that is meticulously maintained, beautifully furnished, and has absolutely anything any guest could dream of.
Air Conditioning, Wifi, beach gear, linens, dishes, cookware, fully equipped!

This 3rd floor/Top Floor condo has such a beautiful view! Wake up to the ocean, hear the waves. Great whale watching during the winter months! Immediately upon walking in, you'll notice a well appointed mini kitchen that has a stove, sink, fridge and fully stocked with dishes. The bathroom has a walk in shower for you!

In the living area, there's a sitting area if you want to get some R&R watching TV. There's a small dining area as well by the Queen Sized Bed. This is an incredible option for 1 or 2 people looking to be direct beach front.

Kona Magic Sands is the only beachfront condominium complex in Kona. Enjoy an oceanfront pool there as well! There's a restaurant on site called Magics Grill as well!
Laundry use is available in the complex, which is a shared common area.

5 star location, but not overall. The location was great with an amazing view. In general, the property was not well maintained or stocked for guests. The shower was almost unusable with a choice between water pressure or temperature.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros - good location, clean, well stocked kitchenCons - very small, stains on bed cover, terrible water pressure, door knob would come off in our hand, tiny bed although there is room for a larger one, uncomfortable furniture, very dark outside - some light bulbs just needed to be changed, but nonethe less, the lighting was inadequate to the point that we could not see the numbers on the keypad in the evening. It's old, but if the owner was inclined to make improvements there are simle things that would achieve this.

As with many properties in Hawaiʻi, the building is older, and certain features reflect that, though we work diligently to maintain the home in good condition and ensure a comfortable experience for our guests. Very nice central place. Air conditioning worked well. Had everything we needed to he comfortable. Bed and pillows very comfy. Excellent staff checking in to make sure everything we needed was provided.

Another week in paradise

We love it here. We have stayed here before and will stay again. We love the location. You can’t get closer to the water. The unit is well maintained and clean. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The management team is fast and responsive. We had an AC unit problem and they had someone out as quickly as possible.

Absolutely worth it, the view was breathtaking. The room was perfect for the two of us. .

Had the most wonderful, amazing time. The property was close enough to the shops, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle will definitely stay there again. Truly enjoyed our honeymoon. Will be back next year for sure.

Amazing view

Although a little dated, the view more than made up for it. The restaurant and beach next door were convenient. We enjoyed listening to the sound of the surf right outside our sliding doors.

Perfect location

We have stayed in three or four different Kona Magic Sands units (second and third floor) and have yet to be disappointed. The view is unmatched. You’re close to everything without being right in town. We like snorkeling right out in front of the building or just to the south (mile marker 4). This unit, 309, had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again.
