Es gibt zwei private, große Schlafzimmer-Suiten. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We traveled with 3 kids ages 8 months, 3 years old, and 11 years old. They provided everything we needed to have a stress free trip - baby gear, beach gear, and the kitchen had all of the small appliances and tools we would use at home. It was very convenient for our family to have all of the comforts of home. The pool was a short walk and very fun for our kids - a bonus was the kiddie pool! The neighbors we met were very friendly as well. The host was available for any questions and was very accommodating to any of our needs. This is a great place to stay in Kona! You are a short 10 min drive to downtown Kona that has many great restaurants and shops. This location is great for those that want to be close to downtown but also not too far away from inland activities and Captain Cook.

I am so glad we chose this condo for our Kona vacation. It was a quiet, spacious, well-stocked, and clean for our family of four. The condo was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do, and even had a view of the ocean and sunsets from both lanais. The kids loved the well maintained and uncrowded pool just around the corner, the snorkeling and beach gear from the unit, and us adults loved having room to stretch out, cook a few meals on the grill, and the location (amazing beaches, Captain Cook, restaurants, farmer's markets...just a short walk or drive away). The hosts are thoughtful and responsive and made us feel the aloha spirit from the start. Mahalo Denise and family for a lovely stay in your home!

Meet all our needs

The condo was just as advertised and described. We enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle but yet close enough to access everything we needed. We appreciated all the beach equipment and cooler. The evening sunsets were perfection and we enjoyed seeing the 4th of July fireworks from the condo.

Everything we'd hoped for!

This townhouse is awesome and had everything we needed with easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. The owners were great and very responsive. The view of the ocean and sunsets was an added bonus, and it was fun to watch the birds from the patio at breakfast. Beautiful!

Very nice property as advertised. Spacious and clean. A bit away from Kona center which is totally fine for us. Denise is very responsive. We had a great time! Mahalo!

Vacation rental at it's best!

A friend from high school and I spent a week in your incredibly well appointed condo. Check in was super easy. The condo was totally provisioned from a well stocked kitchen to the water sports equipment. These owners have thought of everything! They clearly care about your comfort in their home. Well Done!!! Just perfect

I was already for the third time in this house. As usual everything is perfect. Everything you need is there. You can also find everything for a day at the beach. The entire residential complex is in very good condition, as I know it from 2018. I also really like that the owners are still the same. Denise always replies very quickly. I will definitely stay here again on my next Hawaii vacation.

Great location, great views, great time!

What we appreciated most about this property was that we literally just had to show up. After 16 hours of flights, the last thing we wanted to do was make a "quick stop" to get essentials, and Denise made sure that wasn't necessary. Literally everything we needed was there. This property was a perfect location for us as it was just outside the craziness of historic Kona, but close enough to get there easily if we wanted. Also a very short walk to grocery, drug store, and my new favorite coffee shop, Clover and Mug! The complex and unit were quiet and peaceful with amazing views from the balcony. The unit was also a very short walk to the pool.

Fantastic place to stay with excellent hosts!

This was our first time to the Big Island and we'll be back. Denise was very easy to communicate with and was a joy to work with. The unit and the development exceeded our expectations. The unit was big, clean and had everything we needed. The grounds were exceptionally clean and the pool/hot tub/gym was used daily. The location was also excellent. Close enough to town but just far enough away. It was easy access to places in both directions. All recommended restaurants, beaches, etc., were spot-on. We will be back to the island and we'll definitely look to stay here again. We really can't think of anything we could improve on by staying somewhere else.
