Von den wunderschönen Sonnenaufgängen bis zu den berühmten Kona-Sonnenuntergängen. Das Kona Coast Resort ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Big Island zu erkunden!

Diese schöne Wohnung ist geräumig (über 1.100 m² + Lanai), klimatisiert, rauchfrei, luxuriös und befindet sich im Keauhou Gardens-Bereich des prestigeträchtigen Kona Coast Resort, einem Fünf-Sterne-Gold Crown Resort auf 22 Hektar wunderschöner Landschaft. etwa sieben Meilen südlich der Innenstadt von Kona. Diese luxuriöse 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit 1 Bad befindet sich im Gebäude Nr. 5, dem abgelegensten und ruhigsten Gebäude des Kona Coast Resort. Diese Unterkunft in der obersten Etage verfügt über schöne Holzdielen, Gewölbedecken und die 16. Fairway des Kona Country Club.

Diese gesamte Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2010 renoviert und ist 100% teppichfrei. Dies ist perfekt für Gäste mit Allergikerproblemen, die eine Umgebung ohne Wolle und Staub genießen möchten. Diese Wohnung verfügt auch über moderne Möbel, neuere Geräte, zwei große an der Wand befestigte LCD-TVs im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sowie ein komplett renoviertes Badezimmer mit einer riesigen, individuell gestalteten begehbaren Dusche. Das geräumige Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einer hochwertigen, festen Memory-Foam-Matratze. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen Schreibtischbereich für alle Arbeiten, die möglicherweise erledigt werden müssen!

Das Lanai ist sogar zu anderen Bereichen des Erholungsortes vollständig privat. Auf über 100 Quadratmetern bietet der nach Osten ausgerichtete Raum einen fantastischen Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang über dem Golfplatz, sodass Sie eine Tasse Kona-Kaffee genießen können, während Sie den Singvögeln lauschen. Dank seiner guten Lage, um die Kona-Brise während des größten Teils des Jahres einzufangen, kann es problemlos von den Deckenventilatoren oder mithilfe des neuen, hochmodernen Drei-Zonen-Zentral-Wechselstromsystems gekühlt werden. Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation und Lage
The ice maker in fridge was broken. Kona coast did then get me bag of ice and ice trays quickly.The chairs on patio were broken and the AC in the unit did not work. AC repair tech was sent but could not fix until a part was ordered. Overall the unit is ok but could be updated a bit. Broken mirror slabs tile in kitchen broken. It would have been nice to have another outdoor dining table. There were chairs but no table.Overall the place is ok but needs some improvement. Thankfully it wasn’t too hot and the AC being broken wasn’t much of an issue.
