The pool faces East so it gets sun all day and the gated private beach access is steps away!!! Our area has no condo or resort buildings so the beach is never overcrowded. Coligny Circle (grocery, restaurants, and shopping) is just under a mile away and a 5 minute bike ride.

The large outdoor living space has everything you need to enjoy long days by the pool or the beach, both in and out of the sun. The pool deck faces East so it gets plenty of sunshine throughout the day and the outdoor space was designed with multiple covered areas so everyone can spend the day outdoors. Outdoor area includes private pool and hot tub (heat available for additional charge of $700 per week of $100 per day of your stay), screened in porch, covered sitting/eating area with flatscreen TV, covered eating area, gas grill, plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, sand buckets and toys, boogie boards, noodles, and an outdoor shower. There is a conveniently located indoor half bath, refrigerator, and ice machine at the pool level as well. Load up the wagon, grab the beach chairs, fill your cooler and take just steps to one of the best beaches on the east coast all without having to go back inside the house.
The main floor is designed for everybody to socialize together in the open floor plan. The large kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances and 4 seat island counter; large living room with 10 person sectional couch and huge flat screen TV; 12 person dining table; and fireplace are all connected in a large open great room setting. Everybody can eat, relax, and recline together. There is a Keurig and traditional coffee pot maker in the kitchen. Finally, there is a half bath powder room on the main floor as well
Packing for your stay at 3 Sea Hawk is a breeze. The house has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare a summer BBQ or Thanksgiving feast for your entire family. There are 12 full size pool/beach towels for all your outdoor needs. We have an umbrella, a collapsable wagon, and 12 folding beach chairs so you are all set for days at the beach. For our guests with young kids we have a high chair and a pack and play so no need to lug those either. Finally, we have an Aero bed that can go in the bunk room or 2 double room.
Getting around this house is easy. The elevator services all three floors of the house to make it hassle-free to transport luggage and navigate this large home. Perfect for grandparents and those with mobility issues to stay on any floor of the house.
There is plenty for the kids to do when they aren't at the pool or the beach. The upstairs TV room has a large sectional couch, a flat screen TV, and plenty of space for the kids to lounge around. There is an extra fridge upstairs for the kids drinks.

There is enough parking for 6 cars including 2 in the garage
