Welcome to La Suite des 3 Tours, a beautifully renovated flat in the heart of Rouen's dynamic Saint Sever district!

The flat comprises an entrance hall, a separate fitted and equipped kitchen, a pleasant, bright living room with television, three bedrooms with study areas, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Relax in the living room with its comfortable sofa and connected TV. You can connect to the WiFi with fibre for an efficient internet connection. The dining table and chairs are perfect for sharing a meal with family or friends.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped! You'll find everything you need for cooking: hob, extractor fan, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher.

The three bedrooms offer comfortable lounging areas with double beds and quality bedding, plus a desk area with seating. There is also plenty of storage space for your personal belongings.

The bathroom has a bath, vanity unit with mirror and washing machine. The WC is separate.

The Suite des 3 Tours is ideally located for exploring Rouen: there's plenty of parking nearby, and the F7 bus line and metro are less than 5 minutes' walk away! You'll be in the historic heart of Rouen in less than 10 minutes.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

## Neighborhood

The Saint-Sever district is located on the left bank of the Seine. The district is mainly residential, but it also has many shops, cafés and restaurants that bring it to life.

Just a 10-minute walk away, you'll find the Saint-Sever shopping centre, offering a variety of shops and services.

Less than 5 minutes' walk away, the F7 bus line or the metro-tramway will take you to Rouen's historic city centre in just 10 minutes.

If you prefer to walk, the famous rue du Gros Horloge is only a 15-minute walk away.

## Transit

Just a 10-minute walk away, you'll find the Saint-Sever shopping centre offering a variety of shops and services.

Less than 5 minutes' walk away, the F7 bus line or the metro-tramway will take you to Rouen's historic city centre in just 10 minutes.

If you prefer to walk, the famous Rue du Gros Horloge is only 15 minutes away, and Notre-Dame Cathedral is just 12 minutes on foot.

## Notes

Please note that there is no lift in the building and that the flat is located on the 3rd floor. Access may be difficult for people with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases.

Arrivals are autonomous for greater flexibility. Arrivals are from 4pm and departures must be no later than 11am.

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the flat, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, baby-sitting, gourmet boxes, requests for sightseeing tours, creation of events (wedding proposals, birthdays, room themes, etc.) and much more! Taking advantage of a rental also means respecting a few rules to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Remember to look after the property as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave it clean when you leave. Respect the rules on opening hours and the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours. And if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to let us know. Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (€250 deducted from the deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 deducted from the deposit), that pets are forbidden (€50 deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value.
