Enjoy a large, bright flat ideally located in Rouen, offering exceptional views of the Seine and the Cathedral. With a surface area of approximately 75 mÂČ, this comfortable accommodation can sleep up to 6 guests. It consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed (140x190), one with two single beds (90x190)), a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a balcony to enjoy the unique setting.
The flat has everything you need for a pleasant stay: high-speed Wi-Fi (fibre), large-screen television with YouTube, full range of appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine), bed linen and towels provided. Located in a secure residence with a lift, it also benefits from a reserved private parking space, a real asset in the city centre.
Just a 5-minute walk from the historic centre, you have easy access to the main tourist attractions, restaurants, shops and transport (bus stop at the foot of the building).
An ideal accommodation for a tourist, business or family stay, combining comfort, tranquillity and a privileged location.
In the bathroom, you will find a washbasin unit and a shower.
A washer-dryer is also available in the flat. You will also find a vacuum cleaner, clothes horse, hairdryer, ironing board and iron!

The accommodation is located in the Ăle Lacroix neighbourhood, a green residential area on an island in the Seine to the east of Rouen. This area is characterised by its peaceful living environment, with green spaces, riverbanks and leisure activities, while remaining close to the historic city centre, which can be reached in a few minutes by car or public transport.
Ăle Lacroix has a strong identity linked to the Seine, with wide promenades along the river, lawns ideal for picnics and relaxation, and panoramic views of Rouen and its monuments. The area has green spaces and sports facilities, such as an ice rink and a water sports centre, which bring the neighbourhood to life and offer activities for all ages.
The neighbourhood is also well served by public transport, making it easy to get to Rouen's main attractions. It thus combines the charm of living on the banks of the Seine with the convenience of easy access to the historic centre, local shops and urban services.

All our guests receive household linen, essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) and one large towel per person, along with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bags, bathroom bin bags, a sponge and washing-up liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refreshment, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. Upon confirmation of your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our tips with promotional codes from our selected partners, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.
