Les Marmottes du Morzena "Great for a couple on a budget who don’t mind bus travel to get to town 🙂 Beautiful views over town, right next to free bus stop. Very clean, very homely, nice feel. 🙁 Stated as 450m walk to super Morzine lift but actually 1.3km"

Les Marmottes du Morzena We really enjoyed our stay here! It was cosy and the pictures did it justice. The check in and out was easy with a lockbox. It isn't right in the centre of town but we didn't find the walk too bad (although would aim to hire skis from a shop that allows storage nearer the lifts next time). The view from the balcony is amazing!

Les Marmottes du Morzena "Cant say much as moved out to be in the village 🙁 My fault should have looked more thoroughly before confirming the booking, this was too far out of the village for us. We did not stay there, well only one night then moved into a hotel in the village."

Les Marmottes du Morzena "Property is a little tired and walking access requires traversing a main road 🙂 Fantastic views over the valley. Spacious. 🙁 No shower attachment. Sink blocked. Swimming pool had some weeds around the outside. Utensils / cutlery etc. rather haphazardly distributed around property."

Les Marmottes du Morzena Lovely apartment! Had everything we could need for our stay in Morzine - great amenities as described (such as a well-equipped kitchen, nice towels and linens, lovely lounge area). The only slight drawback is the walk up to the apartment from Morzine town center (15-20 mins up hill). Absolutely fine on the way down but could be a bit of a struggle for some when you are tired at the end of a day of skiing. I would recommend keeping skis in a ski shop such as the Super Morzine intersport. I do think there is a free shuttle bus though (stop very close to the apartment, so definitely have a look for this!). All in all a lovely stay and amazing value for such a nice apartment. The hosts also provided great instructions and are easy to contact. Very easy check in and out with a lock box.
