Another great stay at Le Schuss
A long weekend mountain biking in Morzine and Les Gets and you canât really get a better placed apartment. The underground garage behind two sets of locked doors makes for excellent secure bike storage and you roll out of the garage, 200m down the road and on to the uplifts! Perfect!
Rosie, the host, is great too; easy communication and everything is simple.

Great break
Great base for an off season break in Morzine. Fantastic communications from host right from 1st contact and apartment was fantastic. Very centrally based and would be perfect for the skiing season. Apartment has every item we could think off for a weeks stay but the best was the spectacular views. Great selections of basics like, tea, coffee etc provided but the bottle of wine was a really nice gesture. Can't thank Rosie enough and now already planning when we can return.

Amazing find for MTB long weekend!
I've been to Morzine about a dozen times for skiing and mountain biking but haven't been lucky enough to stay in such a great position; less than a couple of hundred metres or so to both Plenny and Super Morzine lifts; a very short walk to some great bars and restaurants to wind down afterwards. Secure bike storage (and noticed there are ski lockers) was a great plus as was off street parking. Four of stayed here and there was plenty of space. Separate WC from the bathroom helped and the kitchen had all we needed for a quick breakfast before dashing out the door on to the mountains! Will defintely try to book again.

Fantastic Apartment in great location
Excellent apartment. Equidistant from both the Pleney and Supermorzine cable cars (5 mins walk to either), and close to great restaurants and shops. Great views of the mountains from the balcony.
The apartment is clean and well furnished, and comfortably accommodated us (2 couples) with kitchen, dining and lounge in open plan space. Toilet is separate from bathroom which is also nice.
Pub underneath is pretty quiet (and a nice microbrewery type pub, so a bit different to standard ski resort pubs) so no worries there.
Highly recommended, and will hopefully be back next year.

Superb Apartment
We only stayed for four nights, I wish it could have been four weeks!
This was our first ever visit to Morzine but I would definitely come back (not quite sure about my wife though!)
The apartment was very clean when we arrived and the wine and biscuits was a nice touch. The doors to the balcony were a bit stiff and we were worried about breaking them until I enquired of Rosie as to how to open them. In fact, Rosie is a bit of a star as communications were excellent and she put up with my most inane of questions!
There is a lockable garage downstairs which was very handy to store my rented bike in.
We didnt actually use the oven so I can`t really comment on that
There is a small pub/micro-brewery under the apartment but it didnt cause us any bother at all
Satellite TV too so it was just like being at home, only nicer!
The balcony is around two sides of the building and offers wonderful views. I would sit with a beer and watch the mountain bikers come down the trails. Unfortunately the luge on the hill wasnt open (I think it opnes early July) as I would have loved a go and probably would have sat watching other people come down too.
Obviously Morzine is known as a ski-resort but I was here to do some road cycling and some of the climbs were fantastic especially the Col deJoux Plane but it`s also worthwhile checking out the goat village at Les Lindarets.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this property at all

Excellent location
Rosieâs apartment was perfect walking distance to both lifts and all the stores and restaurants one would need. Itâs clean, cozy and has a great view. While there was a bit of noise from the street, it never bothered us as we sleep with white noise. Rosie is a kind a responsive host. I would welcome her in my home and hope to visit again to stay here or at her 3 bedroom unit if more family come with me. We enjoyed that the bedrooms were separated by the kitchen and living spaces. Thanks for a wonderful week in the Alps!

An amazing location situated in-between super morzine and le plenty,both lifts are a 2 minute ride away. The accommodation has everything, comfy beds, dishwasher,washing machine and beautiful views. Access to a half garage meant our bikes were safely locked away. Will definitely be wanting to return.

De woning is gelegen op een druk punt waar veel auto's voorbij komen, ook in de vroege ochtend. Verder alles heel fijn, met goede instructies vooraf. Het appartement is comfortabel, de keuken is prima en is goed voorzien van bestek, ovenschalen, glazen etc. Fijn ook dat er twee goede ovens zijn.

Zentrale Lage
Die Wohnung liegt im Ort sehr zentral, aber leider an einer DurchfahrtsstraĂe. In unmittelbarer NĂ€he befinden sich Restaurants, Cafes, BĂ€cker, ein kleiner Supermarkt, so dass man das Auto kaum benötigt. Zu beiden Liften sind es nicht mal gemĂŒtliche 5 min. FuĂweg. Zum Wandern und Mountainbiken ist die Lage ideal.

We live in the area full-time, so enjoy being able to meet guests in person during their stay. We have been successfully renting our first apartment there since 2012 and now have three apartments close to each other.
