Unsere Villa mit 5 Schlafzimmern und 4 Bädern befindet sich in der exklusiven Gemeinde Calabay Parc und ist perfekt für Ihren nächsten Florida-Urlaub.

Das Haus ist ideal für Gäste bis zu 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern. Ausgestattet zu einem außergewöhnlich hohen Standard werden Sie mit unserem Haus nicht enttäuscht sein. In unserer Villa können Sie über eine Tastatur an der Eingangstür selbst einchecken, sodass Sie problemlos einchecken können.

Die Villa hat auch Wi-Fi-Internetzugang und kostenlose Orts- und Ferngespräche in die USA / Kanada.

Der große Pool und eines der größten Pooldecks im Calabay Parc bieten Ihnen viel Zeit in der Sonne und einen großen Überhang, an dem Sie nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag ein gutes Essen genießen können. Der Pool verfügt über ein farbwechselndes Licht und die Pool-Veranda ist mit Lichtern zum Genießen nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit gespickt. Der Pool kann in den Wintermonaten beheizt werden.

Die Villa hat keine hinteren Nachbarn und bietet einen großartigen Ausblick auf privates Gras, das durch eine hohe Mauer für zusätzliche Privatsphäre begrenzt ist. Mit dem komplett abgeschirmten Pool haben Sie den ganzen Tag über viel Sonnenschein. Genießen Sie eine Auszeit von der Sonne und genießen Sie kühle Getränke am Terrassentisch unter der großen überdachten Veranda mit Deckenventilator. Mit einfachem Zugang zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung ... ... 5 Minuten nach Publix, 10 Minuten nach Walmart.

Wir können ein zusätzliches Kind in einem Rudel unterbringen und ein kleines Kind auf einer Luftmatratze spielen.

Calabay Parc ist eine ruhige Gegend. Die Calabay Gold Villa liegt gut in der Gemeinde, so dass kein Verkehrslärm aufkommt. Es gibt einen Kinderspielplatz in der Gemeinde und der Eingang und die Nachbarschaft sind aus Sicherheitsgründen videoüberwacht.

The house is lovely and very well equipped, plenty of crockery, cutlery etc, also a good supply of DVDs if needed.Communication with the owner was exceptional, his response time was very quick.Unfortunately we had an issue with the pool heat which we had paid for, it wasn’t working, despite the owner sending several people out to try and fix it, he did everything he could to try and rectify it and refunded us without a problem, when it could not be fixed. It was a very big disappointment not to be able to use the pool, as it was very cold due to a cold spell.However, I would not hesitate in recommending the property once this issue has been resolved.

Amazing property!

Our family absolutely lovers this house. It was very spacious and clean, as well as being close to everything. We loved the space that it provided for our family, and really loved the pool area. Spoke to the host several times before and during the stay and they were incredibly responsive. We would certainly stay here again!

Fantastic week at a super villa

A lovely villa in a private location. The host Andrew corresponded very well and any queries we had was answered promptly. On arrival the villa was very clean and had everything you need to a family stay. Would highly recommend this villa.

The house was just as pictured and very accommodating

The only thing I didn't like was how close the surrounding houses are, the house does have some privacy in the pool area.

Home away from home

Great House if going to Disney

The house was good but the location wasn’t great. It took about 1 to 11/2 hrs to get to SeaWorld and Universal There was so much traffic where it should’ve been 20 to 30 min. Would definitely recommend this house if going to Disney

Great family holiday.

We all enjoyed our stay in this lovely spacious villa. It was comfortable and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The children especially enjoyed their Disney themed rooms and the games room. Everyone appreciated coming back to the lovey pool after a long day at the Theme Parks.

Great Location, Beautiful Property

Very pleased with the stay. The house was great and spacious, and the pool was a nice touch for our days in. The only complaint is the traffic on I-4 making the trip to Disney a bit longer than expected (25-35 mins daily). Andrew was great and always very responsive, would definitely stay again even with the longer drive to Disney.

Fantastic villa capped off our fantastic holiday

The villa was spacious and very well furnished. Everything and more was supplied, lots of pool towels, clean fresh white towels, a ninja blender, hair dryers, kettle, more than enough for our family of 9. Communication with our hosts was excellent especially when we had a power outage. Situated in a quiet residential area, there was perfect quiet after long days at the parks. We would definitely recommend a stay there.

Great pool !

This house was perfect for our family’s stay in Orlando. This was our first experience using VRBO and it was a good one. The proximity of this home to Disney and Universal was great, and not a bad drive to Clearwater Beach for the day either ! House was clean and just as expected from the photos. The pool was our favorite part. There are Bluetooth speakers in the pool area which was great as well! Andrew was also very communicative prior to and at the end of our stay. We would stay here again !

Winter getaway

Very clean, and spacious for our family of 7. High chairs, pack n plays, and strollers were a big convenience for us. Kids loved the pool, got warm enough for them in February with the added heater. They also enjoyed the game room and character bedrooms. The neighborhood felt very safe and well kept. The pool guy was friendly and nice to talk to. Highly recommend and will definitely keep in mind for our next Disney/Florida trip.

Beautiful

Owner of the property was outstanding. Anytime I had a question he answered me right away. Even dealing with all the issues we had with VBRO, Andrew went out of his way to make sure to help me anyway he possibly could.

Perfect family getaway

This was a birthday trip for my 2 year old son and my sister. The property was beautiful and looked exactly as listed in the photos. It was close to everything and very clean. All you need to do is bring your clothes! This house has all the amenities you need and was definitely a home away from home. On the second day of our stay we accidentally locked ourselves out of the home. Both the owner and property manager were quick with a response to help us get back in. We all absolutely enjoyed ourselves and didn’t want to leave.

Beautiful family escape

From the moment we entered this beautiful house our family felt right at home. The home is exactly as described in the listing. The owner Andrew was very communicative and easy to reach if needed. We enjoyed many days and nights in the pool as well as game night and movie nights in the living room. The area is perfect for those looking to shop and so conveniently close to the Walt Disney World parks! The neighborhood was well maintained and quiet. Very peaceful and relaxing! We will be back :)

The Perfect family home for your holiday

This property was perfect for our family holiday consisting of grandparents, parents one child and one baby. It is set in a beautiful development which made us feel safe. There is parking for three cars. The house is very well appointed. A real home from home with everything we could possibly need. Large bedrooms, good size kitchen, laundry room, games room and there were plenty of towels, pool towels, crockery and kitchen items. Very clean, tastefully decorated. Then there is a great heated pool with lots of pool toys, plenty of Sun loungers, dining table & chairs, patio chairs, speakers for poolside music and various wildlife to watch!!

This place was amazing. It had everything that you needed to enjoy the week with family. Bed however in my opinion wasn't comfortable but then again I find it hard to find a bed that's comfortable for me. Another small issue was the water pressure for the shower but this is no different from other houses that we have stayed around the area. Place was very clean and amount of household items it had was far more than any others that I have stayed in. From kitchen gadgets to board games and pots. AC unit kept us nice and cool the entire time. Another annoying thing was the safety pool sensor on the doors. Once you get used to it then you can work around it and use it properly. Kids rooms were also themed and they loved them. They did have a very nice pool and we did get the heating option and it was well worth it. Couldn't get the kids out of the pool even as early as 9am. Water was swim temperature each time. House was located at a very convenient location. We had 7eleven 2 mins away from all needs including gas. Then across the street also about 2 mins away was chickfil a Publix and Papa John's. All other eateries and convenience stores were within 10-15 mins tops.
