Philip I feel someone ( The Management company ) is taking advantage of you . I have run my own carpet / flood restoration Business for 21 years . I would much rather someone that was unhappy to tell before telling everyone !! In a lot of cases there is a reason . We get in late on the 10th because of flight delays around 9:45 first it was 83 degrees the A/C was set for 80 first thing I did was turn it down to 75 . I called the management company left a message . They did get back to me in about 10 min. I explained about the heat and asked if I could turn it down . They said it was set you would have to give the ok to lower it . But I would have to wait till the morning . I also told them about the pool being dirty they told me they would send the pool guy out in the morning . The house smelled of mold we looked around . 2 of the bedrooms smelled of B/O UNREAL !!. we started seeing hair around the tub and bugs in the corners . We turned the ceiling fans on in the bedrooms too cool the house down . We had to turn them off think dust on all the fans and the fans were vibrating so much we were scared they would fly off !!. walked into the garage musty smell and right be the door two mop buckets with dirty black MOPS IN THEM !!. I went to the washroom next to the garage and I was sitting watching ants come in and out of a hole in the wall next to the sink . Bugs / and hair in every corner of the house . As I herd my wife scream to walk out cockroaches
