Unsere Villa hat alles, was man braucht. bilden ein kühles Bad im Pool, entspannen vor dem Fernseher eine Mahlzeit zubereitet in der voll ausgestatteten Küche zu genießen. Dies zu einem sehr in der Nähe von Restaurants, Themenparks, Golf, Geschäfte und vieles mehr.

Die Villa ist ein ebenerdig 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder Hause. Unsere Master Suite verfügt über ein Queen-Size mit einem En-Suite, die fit für einen König ist Bett. Sie können das Jacuzzi-Wanne nutzen oder Hop in das Stand-alone-Doppel-Dusche. Es gibt für Sie und Ihn Eitelkeit sinkt so dass keine Notwendigkeit zu warten. Eine unglaubliche begehbaren Kleiderschrank, der ausreichend Platz für alles hat. Eine zweite Suite mit einem Queen-Size-Bett und ein En-suite. Zwei Doppelzimmer mit viel Platz für die Kinder. Perfekt zwischen den beiden Doppelzimmer platziert ist ein voll ausgestattetes Bad. Für Ihren zusätzlichen Komfort ist die Villa voll klimatisiert.

Die Villa ist groß und verfügt über einen großen beheizten Pool und Spa. Es hat den zusätzlichen Vorteil, nicht an der Rückseite übersehen.

Es verfügt über ein Spielzimmer mit einem Billardtisch und ein Airhockey Tisch, die Kinder gibt etwas zu tun, während Sie vielleicht wollen einfach nur entspannen.

Für diejenigen, die wollen einfach nur, um in Kontakt mit zu Hause oder Arbeit zu halten oder einfach, um Parkzeiten oder lokalen Einkaufs überprüfen möchten, gibt es einen kostenlosen High-Speed-Wireless-Internetzugang.

Das Gemeindezentrum hat alles, was Sie benötigen. Aus die Zeit nehmen, in der Turnhalle spielen Tischtennis, Beach-Volleyball, Tennis und einfach in der Lounge entspannen. Es hat eine erstaunliche Pool mit vielen Sonnenliegen für alle.

Clean, spacious, and a great outdoor pool and spa in a westerly facing direction. Management company on hand for any niggles that get sorted straight away. West Haven and Championsgate is a great location situated between H27 and I4 for good road links. Would definitely return to this property.

Perfect Home

The check in process was very easy, the house was clean and had sufficient accomodations for our needs. The kids enjoyed the pool, and it was a good distance from restaurants, grocery stores and amusement. I'll be saving this property to my favorites for future visits to Florida.

Quaint quiet and conveniently located

We had an amazing time at this beautiful villa in Davenport, Florida! The home was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a fantastic bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day at the parks. The location was convenient, close to all the major attractions but also peaceful enough for some quiet downtime. The host was friendly and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this villa and would love to stay here again!

Very nice house and neighbourhood. Safe for walks and runs in the evenings yet close to amenities like shopping etc. Little hard to find on first evening. Only complaint would be the sofa which is too soft for comfortable seating.

Wonderful Villa Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. Being so close to Chsmpions Gate was very convenient for shopping and dinners. The community was easy to navigate and felt extremely safe. The house was clean and very well equipped. We spent two days enjoying the pool and relaxing, and another day park hopping at Universal Studios. The only thing we would have done differently was to request the heating for the pool in advance. Early April it was very chilly. We would definitely return! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Florida Getaway

We were very pleased with the house. We loved the community and felt very safe. We enjoyed the pool and everything was there for us for being able to be just like home. We did have a couple of small issues and advised the property manager. They did not affect our stay in any way. It was a great location to drive to our daily destinations and we had now problem finding our way to and from the home. I would definately rent this property again if I am out that way.

Property was perfect for my family. The home was very clean which I was pleased with.

Property perfect for my family. Close to all conveniences . But farther from parks always waiting in traffic but it seems it's always busy no matter what time of day it was . Jean and the management company were easy to deal with and always came and took care of any issue quickly. Pool was on the smaller size for my family. The community pool is nice but the chairs there were all broken and uncomfortable. Overall we enjoyed our time and would consider going here again.

Great home, great location

We have stayed in West Haven/Champions Gate many times over the last 14 years. It doesn’t disappoint and it has certainly grown over the years. Everything you need is right there. This home was the perfect size for the 6 of us. Lots of space to spread out but still cozy enough to feel like a home. The cranes (birds) in the area behind the house were highly entertaining to watch. Quiet neighbourhood, great wifi and reasonably priced! Jean was lovely to deal with as well. Very responsive to my silly questions 😊

Great place to stay, would stay again.

Very nice property, spacious with plenty of room to spread out. Location was close to restaurants and grocery stores. Pool and spa was very nice. You will have to pay extra to heat both of them but worth it. When we checked in there was an HVAC tech there working on the air conditioner looking for a refrigerant leak, they added refrigerant and left claiming they would be back in a few days to check it. We had no issues through our 9 day stay with keeping the house cool and never seen the tech again. The only other thing note worthy was one of the screen panels on the roof over the pool was missing, I notified property manager and they were aware of situation and was working on getting it replaced. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Comfortable home for our Florida stay

The home was as advertised. Clean and well appointed. The property managers Julie and Keith were great. There were a few issues which they solved quickly such as providing 2 more chairs for the patio table, plastic wine glasses and tumblers for around the pool (the house had lots of glassware but we didn’t want to sit around the pool for fear off breaking one.) , baking trays, two king size pillows…no problem. The frying pans were in good shape….too many times we’ve been in homes where the cook ware is warped and the not stick is peeling off…not healthy. Pool was clean. TV’s had anll the programs you would want. All in all a great vacation. We would highly recommend renting this house again. The American people were great and we had no issues but, sadly for us as Canadian snowbirds who have been staying in Florida for the past 15 years, this will be are last time travelling to the USA.

Communication with owner was superb, so friendly and helpful. Cleanliness score was due to the pool screen being covered in poo. We did not contact property manager as felt there was nothing they could do when we were using outside area daily and screen was ripped so does need replacing/ work doing on it. Also floors could have done with a good mop before we arrived. Location is the best we have ever had in Florida, lovely community. Villa is exactly as described and brilliant for 2 families to share. We also were unable to get in lock box but could use the code to enter the Villa so wasn’t really an issue. All in all we would definitely stay again.

Not as advertised. Very cheap host. Disappointing.

Wanted to charge extra for pool and hot tub heat. Had to spend hours of my vacation on the vrbo app and vrbo customer service. Pool flooded and drained the hot tub. After calling vrbo we got pool heat at no extra charge. The listing never stated that pool heat was extra. It wasn’t until AFTER I booked the house was I notified that it was an extra 30 a day. The floor was dirty (turned the bottoms of our feet black). Many light fixtures didn’t work. Only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for 7 people for 4 days. Broken mirror in one of the bathrooms. One of the TVs didn’t work. Overall a poor experience for my family, and that is saying something because I’m pretty reasonable. ASK FOR THE “TERMS AND CONDITIONS” BEFORE YOU BOOK!!

Very nice property

Firstly, we would definitely stay here again. The property has a great layout and is close to all the major attractions in the area.However, there are a few things that could be improved on:The photos on Vrbo don't do the place justice. Many are out of date and some of the bedrooms have since been updated but the website is still showing a mix of both old and new photos. When looking at the photos, its the obviously newer ones that are relevant and the pool is also larger than it looks on some pictures.The handle on the door to the pool is broken and doesn't give a great first impression as this is one area that everyone will head to first.We found a few shards of glass under one of the sunlounges next to the pool. I assume that this was caused by the previous visitors that complained about a lack of plastic glasses. This would not have been good if we had been with young children.Ironically, considering the above comment, there were only plastic wine glasses available and this made drinking in the evening at the dinner table feel a bit cheap.There was a lot of hair floating in the pool but this was cleaned whilst we were there.As somebody else has mentioned, a couple of the lamps in the bedrooms are broken and don't work at all.A lot of the time, the main gates to the community were left wide open.These are all relatively minor complaints and didn't give us enough reason to call the management company or to have an effect on the enjoyment of our vacation.

Great stay!

My family and I just left from our stay at this property and it was great. The location is a short drive to the parks. Anything you may need is within a short drive. The house is just what we needed after a long day at the park. Check in and out process was super easy and very well explained. When we come back we would definitely look at this property again for a future stay. The house was very clean, no problems at all.

Great vacation home

Very nice home located in a beautiful gated community. Conveniently located close to Orlando, easy check in and out process, and nice pool/ hot tub. Made for a fun and peaceful stay

Upgrade it

So I stayed at this house with some friends April 2021. First of all, the owner need to use some of that money he/she charge for renting the house and upgrade the furniture. Furniture are old and falling apart. The towels and bed lien are also old and needs to be upgraded (you can get some nice ones at Walmart). Cleaning service only clean what the eyes can see. Found nasty old fries and a dirty mask under my bed. In the bathrooms the toilet tissue were used, so we ran out of toilet tissue and there were no extra rolls left (we had to buy our own toilet tissue). The location of the house is in a gated community, it is very nice and quite. I give my over all stay a 3 stars.

Thank you for your review. We do like hearing from our guests. The furniture in the living area was replaced two years ago. Due to unusual wear and tear it is due for replacement again. it would have been done by now, but due to Covid restrictions it was difficult. All other rooms have been updated in the past few years. Unfortunately this wasn't to your taste. If guests are not happy with something we ask that the either contact the management company or myself while they are out there. This means issues can be dealt with promptly. All towels and bed linen are checked regularly and replaced as necessary. If you were unhappy at the time you should have contacted the management company. With regards the toilet tissue, one complementary roll is left in each bathroom on arrival. It is up to the guests to replace them as needed. It is our aim to provide guests with a happy experience and maybe even exceed their expectations.
