1340 Dunlin Ct ist eine zweistöckige Villa im beliebten Stadtteil Fairway Oaks. Sie genießt eine private Umgebung mit Blick auf das ruhige Lagunenwasser und den üppigen Meereswald sowie eine ruhige Lage am Ende der Einheit, die Privatsphäre abseits benachbarter Grundstücke bietet. Durch die Bäume können Sie einen Blick auf die Tierwelt und den Golfplatz Cougar Point werfen.

Die Villa befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand, dem brandneuen Konferenzzentrum und dem Cougar Point Clubhouse (sehen Sie sich das brandneue Clubhaus an!) Kurz nach dem ersten Sicherheitstor ist es eine einfache Fahrt auf und von der Insel.

Das Innere der Villa wird komplett renoviert und verfügt über einen umgekehrten Grundriss, um die Aussicht vom geräumigen Wohn- und Essbereich im zweiten Stock sowie vom Achterdeck aus voll auszunutzen.

Holzböden und helles, natürliches Licht von Panoramafenstern fließen durch den Raum und schaffen eine warme und komfortable Atmosphäre. Glatte Decken, vertiefte Beleuchtung und neu gestrichene Wände und Schränke sorgen für einen lebendigen, frischen neuen Look. Die Küche hat einen Durchgang zum Essbereich, was eine einfache Unterhaltung ermöglicht. Eine Gästetoilette neben dem Wohnbereich vervollständigt den Raum.

Im ersten Stock des Hauses befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer mit neuem Teppichboden und viel Stauraum sowie zwei Badezimmer und eine Waschküche.

Aufenthalte ab dem 1. März 2020 von 3 bis 21 Nächten sind mit einem wertvollen Guthaben für den Verleih von Strandausrüstung verbunden! Der Kreditbetrag für diese Immobilie beträgt 200 USD. Sie können Ihr Guthaben für Fahrräder, Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme, Strandkarren, Kajaks, Stand-Up-Paddleboards und mehr verwenden!

RESERVIERUNGSPROZESS: Ihre Reservierung wird erst bestätigt, wenn Sie den Mietvertrag zurücksenden. Dieses Dokument wird Ihnen innerhalb weniger Stunden nach Ihrer Reservierung per E-Mail zugeschickt. We absolutely loved where we were. It is a beautiful property with amazing views and pretty close to every thing we wanted. The walk to the beach was super easy and nice too! We will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay at this property. We loved that it was 2 floors with nobody above or below us. The wooded views from upstairs and the back deck were really nice. We loved the close proximity to several boardwalks and Cougar Point. We also loved riding to Night Heron for kids crafts, activities, and the playground, and grabbing food at The Nest. The only thing I’d suggest to improve the condition of the property would be to have the first floor bedroom carpets cleaned, especially in the main bedroom.

Perfect Location, Newly Renovated!

We loved that this property was newly renovated and up to date. The location to the beach was the perfect walk, to the beach access. Everyday we just kept our beach stuff in the truck and some would drive the truck to unload and the rest would ride the bike or stroll the baby to the beach! The A/C could use some work, it was freezing downstairs, but I guess that is better than being too hot :) I would recommend moving the motion sensored lights from the bedroom to the bathroom, they are really sensitive. Our family of 7 fit just right in this condo. We felt very at home and relaxed! If I go back to Kiawah I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was spotless and the beds - especially the King - are very comfortable! We love being so close to Cougar Point, with an easy walk to the beach and a 15-20 minute bike ride to the shops. We had trouble with one of the big blinds in the living room and maintenance came right away to fix it. We already look forward to our next visit!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Recently had a wonderful week at 1340 Fairway Oaks. With 5 adults, there was plenty of room and privacy. The kitchen wasn't quite as well stocked as other places we've stayed nearby, but not bad. Bring extra coffee mugs, esp. if you like big ones and the coffeemaker wasn't great (nor clean!) but thankfully we'd brought a Keurig. The rest of the house was very clean and the beds were very comfy! The patio has a wonderful view of trees + lagoon and is very private. Bring binoculars to enjoy the wildlife from the patio. We will be back!

The Good and the Bad

Pros: It was updated, clean and attractive. Good appliances, esp the washer-dryer and dishwasher. We had a minor problem with the washer but resolved it quickly. Good outdoor equipment for beach. Comfortable sofa. Negatives: 1. We had known that it was the upside down arrangement and decided quickly that we did not care for that. Just not convenient. 2. We knew that a problem had existed with AC but thought it had been fixed. It definitely had not! You either froze or were hot. If upstairs was comfortable, downstairs was freezing. Nothing in-between, esp in the spare bedroom. 3. Several bugs and spiders were in the bedrooms (another reason not to like the upside-down arrangement.) 4. No pool; we booked quickly thinking that it was the last choice and did not realize that owner did not have an arrangement with any Kiawah properties to use a pool. We are outdoor people and spent the day playing tennis, golf and biking so we really wanted to have a pool to use. 5. In re to above, if you are not on a Kiawah property you lose a lot of the perks. 6. TV with the streaming was not conducive to watching sports and news which we love. Basically you had to watch movies or nothing.

Thank you for your response and notes on the villa, I am so sorry to hear you had so many issues during your stay. The owners have added additional sensors to help with the air conditioner along with the smart thermostat to help. We have the villa sprayed every month for bugs, etc. so I hope this helps in the future. The unit does have all bedrooms on the first floor, some people like this arrangement so you have a nicer view from the upstairs living areas (also no hauling luggage up the stairs!). Many of our guests prefer to use streaming services so our owners are going for smart TVs and higher speed internet rather than traditional cable so they can use their favorite services. I do apologize for any confusion on amenity access, we ensure that the description, rental agreement, and literature mention what you do and do not have access to but I understand its a lot of information to look through ahead of time.

Bright and Beautiful

The perfect spot to ring in 2021. This property has been updated beautifully from head to toe. Clean, modern, beach decor and all the amenities, plus a great (close to the beach) location make it our favorite Kiawah rental (there have been many) so far!
