Sie werden dieses Ferienhaus lieben! Es wurde kürzlich in Charleston Home & Design vorgestellt !!

Komplette Renovierung und alle neuen Möbel! Jeder Komfort wird von den Eigentümern zur Verfügung gestellt. Gourmetküche mit Insel. Master Bath Suite, 2. Bad komplette Renovierung. Alle neuen Fußböden, Geräte, Möbel, neues Vorderdeck / Veranda mit neuer großer Außendusche.

Es liegt direkt am Night Heron Park mit dem Night Heron Pool, dem Komplex, Kamp Kiawah, dem Naturzentrum, wöchentlichen Parkaktivitäten und Karnevalen, die weniger als 100 m entfernt sind. Der Strand ist ca. 300 m entfernt und in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Park ist der Mittelpunkt aller Kiawah-Aktivitäten und nur wenige Schritte entfernt!

Das Haus wurde einer umfassenden Renovierung unterzogen, die einen großartigen offenen Wohnbereich geschaffen hat. Die Böden sind aus Hartholz mit vertiefter Beleuchtung, was dem Cottage ein wunderbares helles und luftiges Gefühl verleiht. Die Küche wurde erweitert und verfügt über Gasherd, neue Geräte, neue Schränke und Granit-Arbeitsplatten. Die Master Bath Suite verfügt über eine ebenerdige Dusche mit mehreren Duschköpfen und ein komplett neues Badezimmer mit Waschtischen und Marmorarbeitsplatten, die für Erwachsene geeignet sind. Das 2. Badezimmer hat eine Dusche / Badewanne und ist ebenfalls komplett neu renoviert.

Das Cottage ist mit einem großen LCD-HD-Fernseher über dem Kamin im Familienzimmer sowie zusätzlichen LCD-Fernsehern in jedem Schlafzimmer ausgestattet. Das Haus verfügt über WLAN im gesamten Gebäude.

Die hintere Veranda ist mit einem Tisch für 4 Personen und zusätzlichen Sitzstühlen für das Abendessen und die Unterhaltung auf der hinteren Veranda abgeschirmt.

Diese Unterkunft wird vom Kiawah Island Resort verwaltet, aber wir sind in der Lage, Annehmlichkeiten an Sie als unseren Gast weiterzugeben. Es ist in der höchsten Kategorie der Kiawah Resort Mietobjekte !!! Als Resort-Gast haben Sie alle Check-in-Berechtigungen und alle Annehmlichkeiten, einschließlich des Zugangs zu allen Resort-Pools (nur für Resort-Gäste, einschließlich Ihnen!)., Ermäßigungen auf Golf und Tennis usw.

Das Ferienhaus bietet Platz für 6 Personen in Betten. Der Master BR ist ein Kingsize-Bett. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist ein französisches Bett. Das 3. Schlafzimmer ist 2 Einzelbetten. Auf Wunsch kann ein zusätzliches Luftmatratze-Einzelbett reserviert werden. Die Einzelbetten im 3. Schlafzimmer können auf Wunsch in Kingsize-Betten umgewandelt werden (gegen eine geringfügige zusätzliche Reinigungsgebühr).

Great family vacation house!

The property is exactly as pictured online and is great for a family vacation! Proximity to pools, market, and the beach were all advantages to this property. My only complaint, as other have mentioned, is it could have been cleaner upon arrival but you do have villa housekeeping on request. Definitely a great spot!

Perfect location

This villa has it all! Perfect location within steps to The Nest and pools! Beautifully decorated and well appointed. No need for bike rentals as they provide them here. These owners thought of everything and gave excellent recommendations to restaurants. Highly recommend!

Exactly as advertised; beautiful

Our group of five adults had a great stay at this cottage. It was roomy, clean, and well stocked. It is finished with high-end flooring, countertops, bathroom fixtures, etc. We especially loved the screened-in porch. Having the four bikes at our disposal was a huge bonus.

Wedding Weekend on Kiawah

This cottage is very cozy and comfortable. Our son & DIL had to cancel last minute so our daughter, my husband and I had plenty of space with an extra bedroom. We cooked one night in the well-supplied kitchen. We enjoyed walking to the beach from the cottage. It is a beautiful setting. We would love to return!

Beautiful home in great location!

We loved this property. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location was perfect for us because it was a two minute walk to the night heron pools and a four minute walk to the beach. Appreciated the beach cart, chairs and beach toys as well as a full outdoor shower to keep sand inside to a minimum. The third bedroom was wonderful with the bunk beds. Very helpful with kids. Communication with the owner was A+. Before and during our stay he always communicated quickly with any questions we had. We are already booked to come back for another stay!

Perfect location; beautiful cottage

From the moment we stepped inside, we fell in love. This cottage is perfectly situated within walking distance to Night Heron Park (2 minutes) and the beach (5 minutes), in a cozy neighborhood of similarly sized homes. The interior has been recently renovated, and the owners' good taste and attention to detail was clearly evident. The kitchen was well-stocked, the bedrooms were comfortable, and everything was clean and fresh. We have stayed on Kiawah many times, but my wife and I agreed - for us and our three boys - this home has been the best we've ever rented. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay!

We loved so much about this property, it had everything we needed as a family of four. The location is perfect, furnishings are comfortable, spacious and updated, and the resort access is a major bonus. We appreciated the access to bikes and everything needed for the beach including a wagon- it made packing for the trip easier and less we needed to rent. We were surprised by the bunk beds in one of the bedrooms because that wasn’t in the listing photos yet but it looked to have been a new update- plus our kids were thrilled. Really appreciated all of the information the owner provided for planning purposes and check in was a breeze. Only minor negative was we felt the floors could have been cleaner on arrival but I wouldn’t let that deter you- book if it’s available!

2019 Christmas vacation

First of all, it is a beautiful neighborhood and resort overall. Markets and gas stations located really close and convenient. The cottage has been renovated but it is rather small. Windows were dusty like they had not been cleaned in a while. Toilet in the master room had a stain i was never able to get rid of. Appliances and kitchen gadgets , pots and pans were old and certainly need a change. I like the resort, however, the property needs major touch up.

4154 NIght Herron

Our three week experience this January was great. 4154 Night Herron was newly redecorated with a modern kitchen and full cookware. Master bed was very comfortable. Bike trails were great in January as no one was here as was walking on the beach. Location near entrance to resort was good so didn't need to drive far. The Kiawah staff immediately addressed within ten minutes our only issue - broken front door lock - and was very friendly and courteous with all questions and followed up. The only minor negative was the cleaning crew could have done a little better job before we moved in. I ran into them before we moved in and asked if they would be done in an hour and they said "we'll be out in 15 minutes" - how thorough can you be in 15 minutes? - some dirty dishes in dishwasher and bathroom floors needed to be swept but not that big a deal. Overall a great experience and we will probably be back next January

It's the Little Things

The property is beautifully decorated and very comfortable and that deserves a 5-star rating. However, the little things added up and impacted our overall impression of this rental property. 1. The internet username and passwords provided did not work. We were also unable to use the TV in the living room. We called the help desk and were told to reset the modem in the master bedroom but there wasn't a modem there. We searched and found it in the living room but resetting it didn't help at all. We could have waited for someone to come to the condo to fix it but that wasn't a convenient option for us since we were there for the marathon and other outdoor activities. 2. There were NO LINENS for the kitchen. The fresh sponge and roll of paper towels were nice but a hand towel and a dish towel would have been appreciated. We also found leftover food in the refrigerator and we had to unload the dishwasher. 3. While searching for the modem, we found dust bunnies in corners and a pacifier under the master bed. 4. We rented for 6 people but one couple couldn't join us. Good thing since we only received 4 towels. 5. A "Welcome" instruction book for everything in the condo would have been helpful. We couldn't figure out how to light the fireplace. We LOVED the location and its proximity to the beach. We had trouble figuring out where the public access was but with a map in hand and help from kind policeman, we found it. Directions would be helpful to have in a "Welcome" book. We also loved the outdoor living area. We didn't utilize it due to the cold temperatures, but it looked very inviting. We do recommend this rental but be aware that it lacks some of the things we have been accustomed to receiving from other VRBO properties. The owner was responsive to our needs so I suspect the key problems lie with the management company.
