Diese 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer ist nur 20 Meter von der "Promenade des Anglais" im "Carré d'Or" (in der Stadtmitte "Golden Square") entfernt und wurde komplett renoviert. Die Wohnung ist für bis zu 4 Personen geeignet.

- 1 komplett ausgestattete Küche (Backofen, Induktionskochfeld, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, usw.)
- 2 Duschbäder, jeweils mit WC

- 1 Balkon mit Meerblick

TV, WIFI-Internet (Glasfaser-Breitband), elektrische Rollläden, Zentralheizung und Klimaanlage.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im "Carré d'Or" ("Golden Square"), der zentralsten Gegend von Nizza, ist 20 Meter von der "Promenade des Anglais" (und damit vom Strand) entfernt und ist ideal für diejenigen, die gerne schwimmen und mit Strandbekleidung an den Strand gehen wollen, während sie im Herzen der Stadt wohnen. Das Negresco, Palais de la Méditerranée und das Casino sind nur 150 Meter entfernt.

An der Golden Square Mile befinden sich die besten Restaurants, trendige Bars und in Bezug auf Shopping ist dieser Ort das Herz von Nizza. In der Meyerbeer Straße finden Sie Supermärkte, Restaurants, Saftbars, Salatbars und viele Cafés.

Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock (ein Aufzug ist vorhanden).

Excellent Apartment

This lovely two-bedroom, two-bath, in Nice is in a great location. The apartment itself is very nice, with everything that you need for a nice stay. Plus, it's in a good location, right off of the Boulevard de l'Anglais a ten-minute walk from Old Town. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Anthony’s apartment. The location is fantastic, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment is nicely updated, especially the bathrooms. The windows block noise well and the air conditioner works very well. We building needs some updating but felt safe. Anthony was very communicative and had great restaurant suggestions.

Great location near beach, several shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. AC worked great throughout the apartment! Very clean, easy check in and out, comfortable beds, updated bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, and awesome balcony with great view! Anthony was great with communication. Fantastic New Year in Nice!

We are a family of 3 adults & 1 child and stayed New Year's Eve of 2014 for 4 days, as some hotels are requiring 1 week minimum stay. We enjoyed our stay in this apartement and the fact that it is very conveniently located. We would recommend it with no hesitation.

Perfect Location

The apartment is located in a wonderful little neighborhood right across from the ocean. Cute stores and restaurants surround it. Everything was within walking distance. The host communicated very well how to get there and the check-in instructions. The apartment was clean and well appointed. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect little gem

If you’re staying in Nice this is a great place to stay. A beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. We were four adults and it was spacious with Two bedrooms and 2 washrooms, a small kitchen and spacious family/dining room. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and close to many restaurants. The host is wonderful. He was always available to answer any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

A friend and I stayed at Anthony's apartment for a week in Nice. The location of the apartment was spectacular. We could walk to everything and it was a safe area with lots of restaurants and public transport near by. The apartment was very clean. Communication after booking until returning home was fantastic. One minute walk to the Nice beach!

This is a great find! The apartment is just a one minute walk to the beach. As in the photo, you can sit on the balcony (or in the living room) and see the water. The decor is simple but clean. Very nice kitchen with plenty of pots/pans/dishes. Washing machine works very well; air dry clothes. Easy to walk to grocery stores and restaurants in neighborhood, as well to all Nice sights. A great place for a family stay.

Best location!

My husband and I stayed in this well located, spacious apartment for four nights in early May. Anthony (owner) and Corinne (property manager) clearly communicated all details with us including how to get to the apartment from the airport on the tram. The apartment was just as described with minimalist, comfortable furniture, modern bathrooms and kitchen and a balcony with an incredible view. We could walk or take the tram everywhere we wanted to go in Nice. There were multiple restaurants, boulangeries and a Carrefour grocery within blocks of the apartment. There are several Nannybag locations close to the apartment in case you arrive before checkin like we did. I we would definitely stay here again if we returned to Nice.

Everything was as advertised. Anthony provided a very helpful written summary a few days before our arrival. He also provided a crib for our 1 year old. It was a great spot for us with 3 young children (1,3,6) as it was easy to get to the beach, grocery store etc. Air conditioning and shutters made it very cool, quiet and comfortable to sleep.

Great location

Perfect location for walking to everything. Building needs some work with paint peeling in hallways. Problem with elevator made it difficult for my husband since we were on the 3rd floor. More than 1 towel per person would be nice, these need an upgrade. Corrine was fantastic at check in.

Hi Mary - I'm glad your enjoyed your stay in my apartment. It's true that the main corridor (outside the apartment) could do with a lick of paint. I've discussed this with the building management. You were a bit unlucky with the closest elevator which broke down during your stay but thankfully there is another (working) one at the end of the corridor. Nice time in Nice

The apartment was in a good location and just right for our needs. Our only real complaint was the nightly noise from the hotel staff across the street in the middle of the night. Also the lighting in the hallway is out on the apartment floor. This is not safe.

Hi Marsha - I'm very sorry to hear about the noise made from the hotel staff across the street. The Westminster hotel is very pricey so I would assume it was something exceptional (maybe an event took place there that night?). It is in the interest of the manager of the hotel to make sure their own customers are not disturbed by the noise made by their staff. As for the light in the corridor, it is not automatic. You need to press the button on the opposite wall when you get out of the lift/elevator. I checked it last night after your departure and it seems to work fine. In spite of these issues, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay in my apartment. Anthony.

Diese 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer ist nur 20 Meter von der "Promenade des Anglais" im "Carré d'Or" (in der Stadtmitte "Golden Square") entfernt und wurde 2015 komplett renoviert. Die Wohnung ist für bis zu 6 Personen geeignet.
