Tolles Apartment mit grandioser Aussicht auf den Hafen

Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Für 6 Personen gibt es maximal Betten. Ausreichend Badezimmer und Toiletten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber.Einzige Kritikpunkte: Bei über 500 Fernsehsendern gibt es nicht einen aus Deutschland. Für die Anreise am Abend mussten wir 50 in bar extra bezahlen. Zum einen war das bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich, zum anderen ist es absolut unüblich. Zumal für die Wohnungsübergabe ohnehin schon 200 berechnet wurden.

Perfect place to stay in Nice

The two-story apartment was perfect for our travel group of 6 offering everything you need to sleep and live and some amenities like tech equipment for washing, dishwashing, TV, wifi, heating/cooling and coffee making. 3 bathrooms mean no morning congestion and you are quickly seated at the breakfast table or balcony with the perfect view on the Nice harbor. Bakery and supermarket are around the corner, as well as bus and streetcar stops. A small elevator makes it easy to return to the 6th floor (only a few steps left) A wide variety of nice restaurants are right outside the door, yet not noisy at night (at least in October) as the bedrooms face out the back. The furnishings offer everything you need, relying on open shelving instead of stuffy closets. The apartment is very well maintained and super clean. The communication on site went smoothly, the answers to questions in advance always came promptly. Our request for an early check-in was met without complications, the handovers ran absolutely on time. The perfect location for the perfect stay in Nice!

Tolles Appartement

Super Lage, optimal für Reise mit Freunden, mit Straßenbahn vor der Tür. Trotzdem sehr ruhig für eine Stadtwohnung. Prima Kommunikation mit Vermieter.

Tolles Apartment mit grandioser Aussicht

Das Apartment im zauberhaften Hafen von Nizza ist perfekt ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und wären gern noch länger geblieben. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist grandios und die Lage innerhalb von Nizza perfekt für Ausflüge. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und vor Ort war hervorragend.

Super Penthouse mit gigantischem Blick

Die Wohnung liegt im sechsten Stock mitten im Hafen von Nizza und hat einen super schönen Ausblick. Vom Hafen aus kann man alles entweder zu Fuß oder mit der direkt vor der Haustür halten Straßenbahn machen. Diese fährt sogar bis zum Flughafen. Tolle Restaurants sind direkt im Hafen und alles ist in Laufnähe., waren schon 3 Mal hier Gäste.

Schöne Wohnung mit wunderbarer Aussicht

Zentrale Lage der Wohnung mit einem tollen Blick auf den Hafen und die umliegende Umgebung . Alle Verkehrsmittel sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar.

Wonderful location!!!

The location was better than expected! Unit was super clean, views were awesome and being able to walk downstairs to a ton of restaurants/bars was AWESOME! The check-in process having to be in person was a bit cumbersome, but the local person who met us was very nice and very thorough with the explanations on all of the systems. Loved the area and would highly recommend!

The apartment is lovely. We had a fabulous 2 week stay at Chris's apartment overlooking the port. The location was perfect for walking to Old Town, Castle Hill and the Promenade. Easy to use the tram and bus system. The apartment was clean, bright and furnished nicely. Chris was great to communicate with.

Fabulous balcony

Fantastic apartment, as described in a stunning location with probably the best views of nice harbour you will find. Great size, kids loved it, has a lift which is great. Fabulous find, great family apartment. One gripe was a neighbour who seemed to sleep all day and complained because we were noisy. Bear in mind it was mid afternoon, the kids were watching tv and we were having a wine on the balcony....i can promise you, the kids were not noisy at all. Sadly left a sour note with us as we always try to respect neighbours. Him smoking his special cigs on his balcony was far more disrespectful! But honestly, we would still come again, it's a wonderful apartment. Thank you! And we were let in early for a small fee which helped loads with all our cases!

Lovely Christmas holiday

This was our second time staying in Chris's penthouse and it was as lovely as ever (if a bit cooler than when we visited in September 2021). The apartment is comfortable, the views from the balcony delightful. Location is convenient, with the tram just below. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance.

Our stay in this condo was fantastic. We had great weather for late October with temps in mid 70s and lots of sun. The condo had a perfect location to great restaurants,airport and the beach. You can’t go wrong by staying here.

A Great Getogether with Great views.

We were given explicit instructions which we followed. On our arrival in France,I informed the agent of the number for the French simcard and that our other phone would not be turned on.. During our 5 hour train trip from Paris the agent kept sending messages to the turned off phone. We finally met up at the property at the arranged time. There are stairs to the lift then from the lift to the apartment. The agent was impatient with us and the time it took us to get into the apartment. The lift is very small and takes 3 people wihout luggage. We are elderly and were slow on the stairs with the luggage. We were 2 couples and a single person, between 75 and 82 years old. The twin bedrooms are small for 2 beds for adults. The couple in the twin room with en suite didn't use the shower as it was unsatisfactory. We didn't cook but found the dishwasher and washing machine workrd well. We followed the instructions for the TV but the only English language TV channels we could manage were news channels. The tram is convenient but there are buses too. Unfortunately, there were no maps or instructions on where to find the Tourist Office. The purpose of the weekwas to meet up with old friends and the apartment provided us with a comfortable place to sit and reminence.

Lovely stay at Nice apartment

The apartment is in a great location with the nearby tram link and short walk into Nice. Beautiful views from the apartment - and great for enjoying evening sun set. Our flight was 2 hours delayed but the agent Laure was there to meet us in the late evening. We had a lovely time and hope to return but getting an earlier flight to avoid the stress of late arrival.

Nice & Paris Trip - Penthouse apartment - Sept 2024

The Nice penthouse apartment was very accommodating, with enough room for a comfortable stay. The loft bedroom offers an ideal private space, and the balcony provides superb views of the street and port. The location is excellent, just minutes from the tram, which offers convenient access to and from Nice Airport. It's also close to the port, making ferry trips to Monaco, Cannes, and St. Tropez easily accessible. This property is perfect for exploring local restaurants and cafés along the beach. It also offers easy access to various affordable transit options, including the tram, ferry, and bus, for exploring nearby and farther destinations. We were delighted with our stay at this location. Fabulous apartment and location

The communication from the moment I enquired about the apartment until we arrived was exceptional. The host and their representative were very friendly, timely and informative. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location near the tram stop. There were plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. The balcony was ideal to sit on at night watching the world go by. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a fantastic base in Nice, with great facilities and amenities.

I wanted a property that made you feel that you were immediately on holiday, and with it's direct west facing views over the Port of Nice, it's a wonderful place to relax in in the evening and watch the sun set from the balcony.

As this Duplex Penthouse over the 6th and 7th floor is directly on the port, it offers un-interrupted stunning views of the port, sea and mountains behind Nice, and even on a bad weather day it feels like you're on holiday.
There is a very large lounge, and also an additional lounging area in the new top floor double bedroom with a second smart TV.
A new air-conditioning system has been fitted throughout the apartment in 2021 at the same time as the new double bedroom was created.
