This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais, i.e. literally just a few steps from the beach.
The apartment has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The interior is stylish-casual.
The spacious terrace faces the sea and has sun (almost) all day.
To the city center it is a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by streetcar.

This tasteful, exceptional apartment was completely renovated and refurnished in 2022. It has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large terrace.
The ceilings are almost 3.00 m high. The stucco is white and the walls are painted in a light gray-beige, which gives the rooms an elegant as well as cozy atmosphere. Color-contrasting surfaces in tones of green, blue and various shades of red ("Fifty Shades of Red") set modern accents. The interior combines old and new, classic and modern, art and kitsch. The result is a casual, individual and above all cozy home. Especially in the living room antiques and modern furniture are combined.
The living room offers a magnificent view of the sea through its two wide, floor-to-ceiling doors to the large balcony - incredibly beautiful! The interior is stylish, individual and radiates comfort and harmony thanks to the chosen colors.
The kitchen is dark gray with a beige countertop chosen to match the oak parquet. It is very well equipped: including stove top with integrated extractor fan (Bora), oven (Miele), dishwasher (Miele) and ice maker. In addition, the kitchens offers almost everything from numerous kitchen utensils to three dish sets. Obviously, we love to cook and eat ...
One bedroom is decorated in green and has an en-suite bathroom. The bedding is high quality organic percale cotton, which is very comfortable and soft to the touch (hotel quality). The other bedroom, the guest room, is also equipped with a double bed. Of course, we have chosen the same high-quality bedding here as well. The guest bathroom is right next door.
Both bathrooms have a rain shower.
The balcony is a bit more than 16 m² and is furnished with a dining table, chairs, a bench and a couch (beach shell). From there you have an incredibly beautiful view of the city, the Promenade des Anglais and the sea.
The whole apartment has good wifi coverage. Internet access with ≤500 Mbit, network sockets in every room and a smart TV ensure up-to-date media supply and efficient working in the home office.
Thanks to the washing machine and tumble dryer, the apartment is also well suited for longer stays. The central air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures in all rooms in summer. Thanks to the well-insulated windows and central heating with elegant panel radiators, the apartment is comfortably warm in winter.
The apartment is ideal for two to four guests. We are sure that you will love the apartment as much as we do!

The tramway line (No. 2) , which connects i.a. the airport, the city center and the port, is just 1 min away - “Magnan” station. From there, it takes you 5 min with the tramway to reach the city center.
A bike rental station (Vélo Bleu) and an electric car rental station are 1 min away as well. The bus stop for several bus lines running between the airport, the city center and the train station is 1 min away. When arriving, it takes less than half an hour by public transportation from the baggage claim to the doorstep of the apartment.

We are a happy family of four (mother, father and two daughters) from Munich, where we are very happy to live again - after a three-year stay in Stockholm. But...we also love the sea, the sun, warmth, good food, culture, variety and shopping. Nice and the Côte d'Azur are therefore the ideal destination for us for short or long holidays at any time of year. The airport's location close to the city centre and its good public transport connections are a great advantage for us (see above).
