Das Hotel liegt an einer der angesehensten Wohnstraße von Nizza, Boulevard Victor Hugo im Herzen des Carré d'or, ist dieses Luxus-2-Zimmer-Art-Deco-Stil Wohnung von 100 qm auf nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß von der "Fußgängerzone", Promenade des Anglais und dem Meer und nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Haupteinkaufsstraße (Avenue Jean Medecin). Die Wohnung ist nach Süden und Norden und ihre trans versant.

Zu einem hohen Standard in einem modernen Stil eingerichtet, mit Doppelbett und hochwertigen Matratzen, die Wohnung ist elegant und komfortabel.

Highspeed-WLAN und Internetzugang über Kabel, lokalen und internationalen TV-Kanälen und eine große 47inch Flachbildschirm SmartTV können Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts verbunden bleiben.

Sie können mich durch jeden Tag telefonisch von 2.00 Uhr bis 23.00 Uhr anrufen. Ich werde auf Anfragen per E-Mail täglich von 2.00 im Maximal die nächsten 1 bis 2 Stunden nach dem Empfang geschickt zu reagieren.

Property was very comfortable and ideally located to walk to everything we needed/wanted. Roxanne was extremely friendly, responsive and went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed, complete with recommendations for grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great Place to Stay in Nice

This is a great place to stay in Nice within walking distance of The Promenade / beach as well as the train station. Of note, the place is large, the rooms are large so it’s an inviting place to have morning coffee or return after a day of site-seeing. Roxanne, the property agent, was very accommodating, readily available for check-in and check-out and restaurant recommendations.

Remy's apartment made our stay in Nice great. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of space for three of us! Close to a lot of shops, restaurants and the beach. Great location and communication

Our family had a wonderful 4 days in Nice. The location of the apartment was in walking distance to the beach and to Old Nice. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. (The air conditioning was especially appreciated in the heat wave!) Communication with Roxanne was excellent- she was very welcoming and excited for us to enjoy Nice.

Wonderful stay!

The property is clean, homely and well equipped with everything one would need in a home. The hosts are wonderful and do their best to make sure guests have a pleasant stay. Wonderful stay in Nice apartment

We loved this apartment. Great layout for three of us. Easy walk to old town and waterfront. We loved our host! She met us at the apartment when we arrived and gave us great instructions on the apartment and nearby shop and restaurant recommendations. She came again to say goodbye even though she wasn’t feeling the best. We recommend this apartments and host wholeheartedly.

Stylish and close to the beach

We loved our stay at this Nice apartment. It offered a simple, stylish decor with lots of natural light. We were appreciative of the air conditioning in every room. Great place for an enjoyable stay in Nice

Apartment is very well located, short equidistance walk to Promenade and train station, and close to area with great selection of restaurants, yet on a quiet pleasant boulevard. Apartment itself is charming, bright, roomy and very clean. All beds, including the sofa bed are very comfortable. Air con works well if you keep the bedroom doors closed. Roxanne (host) is wonderful. Very responsive, friendly, helpful - everything you could want from a host. Would have no hesitation in staying in this, or any other of her apartments again. Don't hesitate in booking this place, you won't be disappointed!

Fabulous old apartment in central Nice

This property is worth a visit , the location is great for exploring Nice. Close to the Station and tram service . Stayed with friends for a week . There are 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. Air Con is good . There is a small balcony to the rear of the property , but you not big enough to sit out . Overall impression was good for an old building . Communication with Manager Roxanne was amazing . Lots of recommendations , and she answered all our questions before and during the stay .

Exactly what you want in a home away from home

Remy's place was absolutely perfect. It was super clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the shower water pressure was great, it was a quiet building and neighborhood and the location was great. What really made this place special was Roxanne. She helps Remy manage the place and the check-in and check-out process. She was on top of every detail. She even noticed a smallvurn in the ironing board cover when she checked us in snd she purchased another one for us the jext day. We dodnt even ask. She gave us fabulous restaurant recommendations and things to do around town. She checked in with is throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well and made sure we didnt need anything. Nice and the surrounding area is a very special place. I cant wait to get back and i will absolutely be booking with Remy.

Absolutely Perfect!!!!

This property is a perfect 5-Star for this area. The location is very central and absolutely ideal for exploring Nice and surrounding areas. Everything is within a couple of minutes walking distance. There are amazing restaurants and bars near by, it is very close to the fabulous beach and boardwalk, shopping, groceries, train station, etc. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, historic, luxurious and in a very safe, pleasant and relaxed neighbourhood. The kitchen area is a little small, but was equipped with all of the amenities. A very special mention has to be given to the property manager, Roxanne, as she was absolutely spectacular to deal with and extremely informative and attentive to all of our needs. Roxanne was always available to answer any questions promptly and provided us with amazing suggestions for restaurants and things to do and places to visit in and around Nice. Roxanne is extremely pleasant to deal with and made our visit to Nice one to remember. Thank you Roxanne!

Perfect Location

Thank you Remy & Roxanne for making our stay in Nice so enjoyable! This apartment was the perfect location for our girls’ trip to Nice. We loved our time here and will stay again when we return. The location was excellent - very close to everything; the promenade, restaurants and shops yet tucked away in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. The apartment was spotless when we arrived. It was very spacious and well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The furnishings were so comfortable; we also really enjoyed having some indoor downtime during our stay. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the property manager, Roxanne was during our stay! She made the check in and check out process so easy. She reached out in advance of our check in to confirm our arrival time and provided all the information we needed to get to the apartment. She met us at the apartment, showed up around and answered all of our questions. She provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants. Roxanne checked in with us often during our stay to ensure there was nothing we needed and made herself available to us for anything we might need. Checking out was as easy as check in. Roxanne met us at the apartment and had us on our way very quickly. Everything about our stay was easy and pleasant. We loved it and can’t wait to return. Thank you Remy & Roxanne!

Ein perfekter Ort zum Verweilen

Das Appartement befindet sich zentral gelegen am wunderschönen Victore Hugo Boulevard. Fussgängerzone, Strand und Bahnhof sind fussläufig gut erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich ein Lebensmittelladen und mehrere Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist sehr gross, hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Bilder im Web entsprechen den Tatsachen. Roxanne und Roberto sind sehr unkomplizierte und freundliche Gastgeber und helfen gerne bei Fragen. Wir buchen dieses wunderschöne Appartement gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung mit Blick auf die Dächer von Nizza

Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft: Geräumige Altbaubauwohnung (etwas hellhörig), alles war sehr schön eingerichtet, gemütlich und sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Wohnungsübergabe (Check in und out) war sehr unkompliziert und die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und waren auch zwischendurch immer sehr gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten im nächstgelegenen (2 Minuten zu Fuß) Parkhaus. Durch den Vermieter wurden bei der Übergabe günstige Konditionen ausgehandelt. Auch hier wurden wir hingebracht und sogar zurück in die Wohnung gefahren. Wir bekamen noch Restauranttips und haben uns in Nizza sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Stadt.
