The apartment is situated in a beautiful courtyard garden with direct access to the Promenade des Anglais on one side and within a minutes walk to the famous pedestrianised zone on the other. If you are looking for both a central yet tranquil location then this apartment is for you! Furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style which is both elegant and comfortable. The property has two double bedrooms each with their own balconies. The master bedroom has its own en-suite with full bath and shower and WC. Just off the second bedroom you have a shower room and a separate WC. The kitchen is fully fitted providing an electric oven & hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, lots of extras for your use are included. The kitchen has access to a balcony so you choose where to have your croissant and coffee for breakfast. The lounge has two sofas and dining area that seats six.

Parking can be arranged subject to availability, although there is a charge of 15 euros per day or part thereof.

Please bring your own beach towels, however, there are beach mats and sunshades available for our guests use and they are located in the cloakroom cupboard.


Check-in and Check-out: On arrival and departure you will meet our representative, who will check you in and out.
We ask you not to arrive before 4PM on the day of arrival and to vacate the apartment by 10AM when you leave. This ensures the apartment can be cleaned and prepared for the next guests. By prior arrangement suitcases can usually be left if you arrive early or depart late. If we do not have a same day changeover then it may be possible to be a little flexible with times.

Please note this is a NON SMOKING property, although guests may smoke on the balconies only.
