Lucca Ferienhaus in der historischen mittelalterlichen Altstadt

Die Wohnung (ca. 80 qm. M) auf einem 1. Stock (nicht im Erdgeschoss) eines alten Palastes. Es ist geeignet für max. 3 Erwachsene und ein Kind. Es ist gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. In der Küche gibt es eine Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Elektroherd Kochplatte, Kühlschrank usw. Nicht weit von der Einkaufsstraße, ist die Wohnung im Herzen des historischen Zentrums von Lucca, mittelalterlichen Umgebung.
Die Innenstadt ist sehr gut erhalten und die Wohnung ist gut innerhalb der Stadtmauern in einem Gebäude im historischen Herzen der Altstadt.
Dies ist eine neue, wunderschön renovierte charmante Wohnung mit seiner Ursprünglichkeit erhalten. Es hat einen hellen, eleganten Empfangsraum mit Esstisch für 6 Personen, Sat-TV und WLAN.
Die Lage dieser Immobilie ist die Wohnung ziemlich einzigartig: Es ist in einem sehr gehobenen Gegend von Lucca, nur wenigen Minuten vom legendären Amphitheater und einige der besten Geschäfte, Cafés, Bars und Pubs. Wer gut zu Fuß oder Fahrrad fahren, gibt es einige tolle Spaziergänge an den Wänden von Lucca. Im Sommer ist es ein großer Spaß schlendern herum beobachten Gruppen spielen Softball und mit Picknick oder mit den Wand Restaurants und genießt Konzerte. Es gibt einen Ort, Miete mit Fahrrädern zu gleich um die Ecke von der Wohnung zu mieten.
Die Zug- und Busverbindungen bringen Sie überall Sie gehen wollen, und es ist so eine unterhaltsame Art und Weise zu sehen, das Land von der Bus / Bahn! Transport von und zu den Flughäfen ist sehr einfach.
PISA FLUGHAFEN: Bus dauert ca.. 45 Minuten.
Flughafen Florenz: Express-Bus, der eine läuft. alle 60 Minuten, dauert 60 Minuten.
Zusätzliche unregistrierte Gäste (dh diejenigen, die Eigentümer bei der Buchung bekannt nicht gemacht wurden) werden nicht ohne vorherige Genehmigung des Eigentümers gestattet.

Excellent stay in Lucca

The apartment in Lucca located in the old town is in a perfect location - quiet and very clean and close to all the shops and cafes. Tommas the host is very kind and couldn't be more helpful - even provide a bottle of red wine and free tickets to a piano recital.

Perfect apartment in a beautiful town

The property had everything we needed for an extended stay. Its location within the city walls provided an opportunity to find bars and cafes frequented by locals, while the tourist attractions were only a short walk away. Tommaso was a great host and went above and beyond to help us. We highly recommend this property.

Tommaso was an excellent and attentive host who went above and beyond. The location was excellent as well and made it easy to find my way around. Wonderful Apartment

We had a wonderful stay in Lucca. Tommaso was a gracious host. He drove us to and from the train station and offered advice and information on what to see and do in Lucca. Right near the walls making morning and evening walks along the wall easy and enjoyable. Easy access to great gelato, cappuccino, and via fillungo. After a month in Italy, we finished with Tomasso’s wonderful help. He was patient and kind when we had online trouble from our end. This apartment was the highlight of our Italy locations. Tomasso was so very helpful to us and even gave us a brief history of the city. Spacious apartment, centrally situated

The apartment is situated in the old area inside the walls. It is very spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities. It is a good starting point to explore the marvellous inner city with all impressive sights as well as all the narrow alleyways. We enjoyed our stay there very much. The only small disadvantage are the steep stairs, which may be a problem for tall people with hip or knee problems.

Summer in Lucca

Our stay with Tomasso was fantastic. He picked us up at the bus stop in Lucca and drove us to his apartment. Location is fantastic. Apartment is very well appointed and well stocked with kitchen basics. He told us about nearby restaurants and bars. He is charming and helpful and made us feel so welcome. At the end of our holiday he drove us to Pisa airport. We would definitely go back to his apartment. Thank you for a great holiday.

Lovely Tuscany home base in Lucca

My friend and I based our Tuscany holiday inside the walls of Lucca and loved every moment. Tommaso is a lovely host, pleasant and even offering us a ride from the train station and back with our luggage. The apartment is steps away from many excellent restaurants, shops and the walls. We rented bikes several days, as well as enjoying walks along the Lucca walls. Train station is only a 20 minute walk Or a short bus ride for excursions to Florence, Pisa, but our days in Lucca were probably our favourite. Thank you, Tommaso, for a lovely apartment stay and all your recommendations & helpfulness!

Exceptional

The apartment is excellent,very roomy and comfortable for three people.It is well positioned being central, near so many lovely sites and with easy access to the wall which we walked in it's entirety. However it is the attentiveness of Tommaso the owner which makes this such an exceptional find. Not only were we collected and returned to the airport but we were treated to a tour of Pisa before we left. Thank you Tommaso we really did appreciate all your efforts. Our time in Lucca

My friend and I had a wonderful time in Lucca. Tomasso is a charming host, who met us at the train station and gave us a ride back there at the end of our stay. His apartment, thoroughly modern, in a building from the 13th Century is quite spacious for a stay of any length of time. Tastefully decorated. Quite convenient to small bakeries and grocery stores, as well as coffee shops and gift stores. Christine and I were able to walk to many attractions within the walled city; the location of the apartment, with the use of a map, is nice. Quiet at night. We liked it very much.

Pure Tuscany experience

We enjoyed 2 wonderful weeks to celebrate our 25th anniversary. This beautiful appartment located in the historic center of Lucca was perfectly equipped with everything we needed and even more. We felt at home right away. The appartment is perfect to explore Lucca in all it’s beauty. Everything is in walking distance (grocery shop, backery, the city walls, train station). Lucca is the perfect starting point to explore Tuscany‘s famous cities (like Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra or Pisa) and landscape. Also visiting La Spezia and Cinque Terre is absolutely possible. Tommaso, the friendly owner made sure that everything was cared for. Even before we arrived he invested time and effort that we find a place to park our car. He was eager to answer our questions and was very helpful. We plan already to come back. Mille Grazie!

Family Trip in Lucca

PROS - inside the walls of Lucca, which is near all attractions - well equipped with everything one needs for a longer stay - Great butcher, coffee bars, pizzeria, kid’s playground nearby - Easy access to fortifications where one can go for great family walks - Natural spring water fountain down the street - Owner speaks good English and is easy to communicate with CON - Apartment feels very cold (March/April) and the heating solution (radiators) is not appropriate for a family with young children. We were told that there is some Italian regulation that prohibits raising the heating temperature above 19 deg C, which feels cold especially for a family with two young children. If one raises the temperature above 19 deg C the system is designed to cut off hot water. There is one air conditioning with a heat pump that can provide heating; however, this is only for the main room and while it is ON you can’t use any other appliances in the apartment as it will trip off the main breaker for electricity. We have travelled through out Italy and this is the first time experiencing limitation with heating - Electricity restrictions in the apartment that prevent you from using more than one appliance at a time. This should have been in the description of the apartment as it severely limits one’s ability to cook a decent meal in average time. For ex., using one stove top element and the oven at the same time trips the main breaker - Hot Water temperature is not regulated well

Die Lage der Wohnung im Stadtkern von Lucca ist top. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Man fühlt sich schnell wie zu Hause. Tommaso, unser Gastgeber, war von der Buchung bis zum Bringen zum Zug am Tag der Abreise ein lieber, zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

When my clients arrive they say that they feel at home. I am referring to my apartment before the total renovation. I suppose they will feel at home also now, after the renovation. I like helping people, coming from all over the world, to spend their holidays in Italy by offering them holiday accommodation and interesting and fun things to do, i.e. a , cultural or gastronomical tour, Italian lessons, cooking or painting courses or anything else they might want to do during their stay in my apartment.
My apartment could be the base for excursions to the old Tuscny towns. It is located near to restaurants, shopping are etc.
