Vor kurzem mit Dielenböden und Shaker-SchrĂ€nke renoviert, verfĂŒgt die Villa ĂŒber eine voll ausgestattete KĂŒche, Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer, Queen-Schlafsofa und zwei Kosen in KindergrĂ¶ĂŸe.

Das Hotel liegt in Seaside, einem geschlossenen Komplex am Meer, 4 GebĂ€ude am Strand von der Tiki Hut und Coligny Plaza, zentral gelegen, aber nicht ĂŒberfĂŒllt. Direkter Zugang zum Strand auf dem GrundstĂŒck.

Great location

Short walk to the beautiful beach and close to Coligny. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Great for a Mini Beach Getaway

Perfect amount of space for myself and my husband to have a little beach getaway. Easy walk to to the beach and easy bike ride to plenty of shopping and restaurants.

Great location, charming, clean with lots of extra touches!

Owners go above and beyond to add extra touches to make everything nice and convenient. We were greeted with cookies, they leave beach chairs for you to use and the location is great. It’s a really cute place too! We were over all very pleased.

Great Mother-Daughter Weekend

The location of this condo is perfect. It is within walking distance of Coligny Plaza (dinner, shopping, grocery) and just far enough to be out of the beach crowds. My daughter and I had just enough space to enjoy our Girls Weekend!

Perfect place to stay

We were planning to stay the weekend and already booked another condo nearby. Decided to stay an extra day and needed somewhere close to Coligney. Luckily finding this property recommended by my mother, allowing us to stay our extra day for a good price with all the space and accommodations needed for our stay

Great HHI Experience

This is a great place to stay, the property was updated , kitchen was well stocked, and the entire unit was very clean, communication from the owner was fantastic. The beach is just steps away down the boardwalk from the complex. Highly recommend this property for your next HHI vacation.

Great location

The location was perfect. On the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Nice pool. The size of the condo is perfect for 2 or 3 people. Any more is very tight. The host was very quick to respond. Bring a wagon to carry your beach gear!

Nice, would stay again

It's small. But you have the minimum of what you might need. When we go we're at the beach or out and about. So for our purposes it was perfect! The owner is responsive and friendly should a need arise!

Great spot!

This condo was perfect for my partner and I. We stayed from a sunday to friday and had a great time! The unit is perfectly located and walking distance to the Coligny Plaza area. The walk to the beach was also nice and short. We really enjoyed using the pool, it never felt too busy and we were always able to get a spot. Parking was easy and I liked that the complex was not loud and didn’t feel busy. I would definitely recommend this unit!

Long Weekend in Hilton Head SC.

This property was very well maintained inside and out. Communication with the owner, Kendall, was detailed and very straight forward. Property location to the beach, restaurants, and shopping was perfect. The beach was just a short walk across the parking lot....a few minutes max. Shopping and restaurants at Coligny were less than a 10 minute walk. Just all around perfect location!!!! We will definitely be checking availability with Kendall the next time we plan a trip to HHI. Thanks Again Kendall!!

Very nice

Our 1st time at Hilton Head it is beautiful!! Loved our condo! Clean, very nicely decorated and we'll stocked with what we needed. Kendall was so quick about answering questions I had. Would definitely go back again.

Convenient location. Small place.

First, the owner is very responsive and checkin/out process was super super easy. The location is very convenient to beach and shopping, and the parking is ample. The bathroom and bedroom were clean except for ceiling fan dust. The balcony has a nice view of the beach even on the first floor. The kitchen was well stocked with needed plates/etc. and a small cabinet empty to put groceries. Decor is super cute. I booked this trip originally just with one friend, but another decided to join. Since it is advertised to sleep 4 adults and 2 children we thought we’d have no issues making this work. With just two of us, it would have been enough room but the third person just made it way too cramped. The room is extremely tiny with only a small closet at the foot of the bed. It was filled with 5 gallon paint cans so difficult to keep luggage in. Not shown in pics are a long line of unusable shelves taking the space of where a table and chairs used to be. That would have been nice to have extra seating. The couch is comfy and there is a nice ottoman that turns into a bed.... which my friend intended to use but it was filthy so she ended up layering sheets we’d bought and slept on couch. All three of us had our small carryons on the floor of living room... so again it was tight. Property manager was very responsive to an issue we had with bugs we had while we are there which I so appreciate. I am rating this a 4 bc I thought it was a bit misleading to suggest more than 2 people could comfortably stay there, and some of the cleanliness issues.

Beach Front property

We loved that we were close to the beach and could pack up every morning and walk out to the beach. The unit was a little small for our family but we have a teenager and a preteen so the bunks were a little small for them. The complex was constantly being taken care of; pools, grounds, etc and the security guards were always at the front! The location and price where wonderful! You can see the ocean from the balcony which is a bonus too!!
