Prime location in a quiet, gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach. Walk to the many nearby restaurants and shops at Coligny Plaza. This beautifully renovated condo features a comfy king bed and smart TV in the bedroom, a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and a well-equipped kitchen. Beach chairs and bikes are included!
Enjoy easy onsite beach access and fantastic amenities, including a sundeck, pool, and grilling area. The condo also offers covered parking and an ocean-view balcony, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.


Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, and Lowcountry Celebration Park. Enjoy restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all just a short stroll away, making it the perfect location for a fun and relaxing Hilton Head getaway! 🌊🏝️

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Biking is the most common form of transportation in the area, rentals are available in walking distance. There is also a free trolley that runs all over the island and picks up across the street about every 20-30 minutes.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Wonderful place to stay - highly recommend! Great communication from the start - from easy to follow instructions on how to access the condo to departing. Condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. Very convenient location - walking distance to restaurants & shops and of course the beach. Great location and perfect rental for a couple

My husband and I rented the condo last minute and could not have had a better trip. Rebecca was super responsive and made the check-in process very easy. The condo is exactly as described and it is right on the beach, making it very easy to pop down for a bit. It is also very convenient to get to the Coligny area, where we walked to every day. I would highly recommend this rental for a couple!

Perfect Getaway

I planned a short getaway and found this gem right on the Atlantic. Kendall did a great job communicating information about the condo’s various access codes. This was my first trip to Hilton Head our 20th anniversary, so I asked Kendall for some restaurant recommendations. Not only did those turn out great (The Sage Room for anniversary dinner was fantastic), but she went above and beyond by leaving a little ‘happy anniversary’ treat. Thank You!I highly recommend staying here and will stay here again next time we visit Hilton Head.

First trip to Hilton Head Island

This condo is beautiful, exactly as the photos show. Rebecca was super responsive and easy to deal with. Great location, close to Coligny. We rented bikes through Island Rentals, also close by, easy walk to their curb location. Biking was fun and good way to get around to explore. Ready to go back!

Excellent location for a short stay!

Condo is very clean and well equipped. It was a perfect cozy size for 2 people and was very comfortable. Short walk to the beach, nice pool and easy to drive to other areas to visit stores and restaurants. If we were staying a whole week I would maybe like a better front of ocean view, you can definitely see the ocean just not close enough to hear or see the waves. This owner was very respectful of our privacy while also being more than helpful. Overall a great experience.

Honestly couldn't have asked for more. The condo was as advertised with an ocean view from the balcony and steps to the beach. Condo had everything I needed; the host anticipated my every need right down to the Keurig coffee maker, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable bed. Very pleased with my stay and plan to return. Vacation 2021

We were very pleased with our stay here thanks to our wonderful host! The condo was warm and inviting with perfect beach decor. It is definitely on the smaller side but we thought it was just right. If you have little kiddos and not a lot of "stuff" it'll be plenty of room. I loved being able to see the ocean while I drank my coffee in the am and quickly walk to the beach. This condo is in a great location and would come back again for sure! Thanks so much rebecca:)
