A vacation to remember awaits you at this tastefully renovated villa with peek a boo ocean views from the deck. A one bedroom ocean villa with a renovated kitchen, shiplap accent wall, new vinyl wood wide plank flooring, and a cozy bedroom with a relaxing beach feel. One bedroom and one bath with room to sleep five. This condo features a queen bed in the master, a pull out sofa, and a built in single suitable for children. New designer grey cabinets with plenty of storage, granite counter tops, and a balcony with ocean views to relax on.

Fully stocked kitchen with dish ware, cooking utensils, pots, pans and glassware. Flat screen TVs in living room and bedroom. The kitchen does not offer an oven, but features a glass cook-top, a convection oven combo microwave and custom kitchen cabinets with an open floor plan.

This beach villa offers everything you would expect to get in a vacation rental. It is a quick walk to the beach, pools, beach bar, tennis courts, restaurants, and workout center. There is a playground, basketball net and bike rentals on site at the resort, as well as catch and release fishing. You are only one minute to the beach and largest freshwater pool on the island (including a children's pool). Resort features include lively restaurants and beach bars, wide beaches, 10 lighted tennis and pickle ball courts, and a conference center.

Definitely recommend!!

We loved this place! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool and beach are less than a 5 minute walk from the condo. The resort is clean, nice, and has a few restaurants that have great food and drinks. The host is very responsive to questions, also. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Nice condo

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The check in process was very clear and given to us well before our arrival. Arlene was quick to respond to any questions we had and receptive to a few small suggestions I had to make the experience a little better for future renters.

Great Stay in C142

We had a great stay in C142. It is very nicely decorated and I love the way it has been renovated to give more space in the bedroom. Stocked with everything you need for simple meals. Close to the beach and the large pool. We were missing sheets for the pull out sofa and after an email to the owner we had sheets within about 5 minutes. Will definitely return for another visit to this condo! Thanks Arlene!

Great location

Perfect location. Conveniently located to entertainment. Short walk to the beach. Arlene was quick to respond. The condo is nice and was very clean. 4 stars overall because the bed was very uncomfortable. I realize its at no fault of the host but the noise from people walking through the halls and up/down the stairs was very loud and sometimes went on until midnight. Overall a great stay and i certainly recommend for the price.
