Unsere Villa verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder mit W / D in der Einheit. Wir befinden uns in günstiger Lage im Hilton Head Resort im ersten Stock des Gebäudes. 4 mit Blick auf die Tennisplätze. Die Villa ist voll ausgestattet mit allem Komfort wie zu Hause und nur wenige Schritte vom Aufzug und den Pools entfernt.

Die Villa bietet Platz für 6 Personen. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett. Das 2. Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Etagenbett, zwei Einzelbetten und ein separates Einzelbett. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über Flachbildfernseher.

Zwei voll ausgestattete Badezimmer mit Fön und vielen Handtüchern bestückt. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner befinden sich im Hauptbadezimmer.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit einem neuen Herd, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mixer, Teekanne, Töpfen und Pfannen, Geschirr und Besteck.

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 50-Zoll-Flachbild-Smart-TV, sodass Sie Ihre Netflix oder Hulu genießen können. Wir bieten auch kostenloses WLAN, Kabel-TV und einen blauen DVD-Player.

Das Hilton Head Resort ist eine Wohnanlage, die viele kostenlose Annehmlichkeiten bietet, darunter 2 Außenpools, einen Innenpool, einen Whirlpool im Innenbereich, ein Dampfbad und eine Sauna, einen Fitnessraum, eine Laufbahn für den Innenbereich, 6 Tennisplätze, ein Badmintonfeld, Volleyball, Grillen und Picknick Bereich und ein Vor-Ort-Geschäft & Deli (saisonal geöffnet), zusammen mit Cocos Oceanfront Bar & Grill (saisonal geöffnet).

Die Villa verfügt über einen neuen Strandwagen, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirm, Boogie-Boards und Sandspielzeug. Ein saisonaler Shuttleservice zum Strand ist ebenfalls verfügbar.

Für Ihre Unterhaltung verfügt die Wohnung über eine Auswahl an DVD, Kartenspielen, Brettspielen, Büchern und Tennisschlägern.

Dazu gehören Handtücher, Bettwäsche, 4 Strandtücher, Starter-Angebot an Toilettenpapier, Papierhandtücher und Seife.

Haustiere sind im Resort NICHT erlaubt.

Great place

Our first experience to Hilton Head Island and this was a fabulous place to stay! Great location and very safe! Pools and amenities were very clean! Boardwalk to a less crowded beach was an extra bonus! Definitely would recommend and would stay here again!

Fun with family

Our family enjoyed our stay at this condo! The rooms were very nice, the beach supplies were great, and we enjoyed many meals with the use of the equipped kitchen. The indoor and outdoor pools were fun for our kids to enjoy and the stroll to the beach on the boardwalk was a bit of a walk, but the view of the scenery and possible alligator sightings made it fun for the family on the way. We enjoyed our time away together.

Fantastic Stay

We stayed here in late April and enjoyed every single minute of our stay. The condo was perfect and the beach supplies were such a bonus. Our family loved this stay so much my husband is already talking about coming back! The beach was perfect. Such a happy time was had staying here.

Great mini-vacation

Everything was as expected. We had a great stay at this resort. We loved walking the boardwalk to the beach, the indoor pool was nice especially since the ocean is still a little cooler than I like for swimming. The beds were comfortable.

Great family getaway

We have a friend with a unit in a different building so we knew we liked the location before booking. The unit was nice, kid friendly, and perfect for our getaway before school starts. I was initially concerned about the walk to the beach with my little ones but they never complained and even pulling the wagon it wasn’t a hard trek. Probably my favorite part was the sand toys, wagon, chairs, and umbrella being there for us to use and not have to bring from home!

Good Family Location

We enjoyed our trip here and the amenities. The resort was clean and very welcoming. There were many families with children in ages close to our childrens so they had fun playing and making new friends. The resort is located close enough to local shopping and dining. The condo itself was clean and well kept. We appreciated the beach supplies and toys!

My family had a great 3-day visit at this place! My littles enjoyed the bunk bed (thank you for having railings around the top!) and comfortable sofas, I was pleased about the amount of room in the Master bedroom even with a Pack N Play set up for the baby. We found all the kitchen essentials that we expected in order to cook breakfasts, and I loved having a beach wagon ready to go with chairs and sand toys. Overall a great place to stay!

It is an amazing property you basically do not have to leave the property! the gift shop was has awesome food. The condo it self is great does need a Keurig!!! It has a lot of beach stuff and even tennis rackets!! We had a great time!

Over all a good location and a good size for us. Issues Master bedroom was hot Dust pan was warped so I could not sweep up the sand Bed sheets would not stay on the mattress and the plastic mattress cover was uncomfortable The beach wagon was good but the umbrella was broke Master bath toilet was slow to fish and the tub backed up water I would stay again in these issues were corrected

Good Stay

The only problem that all 4 of us commented on was the fact when you sat on the couches it felt like you were sitting on the floor and needed help to get up. Very attractive but certainly not comfortable and the garbage disposal made a horrible noise and did not work.

Never stayed in a place where I had to go buy my own light bulbs , wet soured towels in the master closet , just needed a deep cleaning , closets were stuffed so full of crap you couldn’t hang your clothes in them plus no hangers to hang them on , kitchen was the worse nothing to set the table with ( serving bowls), everything was dirty down to the filter in the return air I had to clean it to get the air to work , won’t come back

Great little condo & BEAUTIFUL beach

Our group chose this destination with the intention of visiting someplace new each day, eating a lot of fresh seafood, and spending most of our time on Hilton Head's BEAUTIFUL beach- velvety white sand, very clean, expansive beach that never felt crowded even on its busiest days. The water was not very clear, so a couple in our group got minor jelly fish stings during our stay- nothing serious or severe, though. The condo had everything we needed and Carol, our host, was extremely prompt in her responses to any/all of our inquiries. The boardwalk to the beach is awesome and there is a small bar and grill (Coco's) between the beach and the boardwalk if you wish to enjoy fresh, cold adult beverage and apps, or just need access to a bathroom. The boardwalk to the beach is a bit if a hike, so we highly recommend a beach wagon to tow all chairs and beach items in/out. A beach wagon, chairs, buckets, a small cooler, toys, etc. were all provided by this property and host. There is a boardwalk shuttle that runs families in/out to the beach throughout the day, but if you like to search for wildlife (ghost crabs, turtles, small gators, birds, etc.), we recommend the walk. We had everything we needed and had a great experience.

Great little condo with great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. You can tell that the family loves their vacation home and takes good care of it. It has good quality furnishings and nicely decorated. Pros- comfortable beds and furniture. Great central location on the island, lots of stores and restaurants within a mile. Wagon with beach supplies was great, beach 10 min walk (without kids or stopping). Easy, 24hr check in with keyless entry, carts for luggage, lots of close parking, & elevator. Indoor pool area was very nice and very warm. Lots of amenities even in the winter. Very nice owners, comprehensive binder with directions, rules and area attractions. Cons- dumpster for trash is down the hall and downstairs. Not really super convenient. Internet was spotty at best. Also kept having to reset router. My husband sent message about it and didn't get a response. (But I got quick responses about other questions I had. )

Enjoyable family week at Hilton Head

Overall we had a very good week. We liked the property and the amenities. The weather was great and Hilton Head never disappoints. The pros: We loved the location and the closeness to the beach. We enjoyed the amenities. We liked the pools and enjoyed the bike rentals. The unit was well-stocked and had everything we needed. Coco's was a fun place to eat at the beach. The owner communicated well and quickly answered all our questions. Highly recommend for families. The cons: We were initially disappointed about the cleanliness of the unit. Upon check-in the coffee tables were covered in dust and there were sticky rings where drinks had sat on the coffee tables. There were cheerios on the floor under the coffee table in the corner. The bathroom ceiling fans had so much dust dripping from them that we had to find the vacuum and clean them ourselves. There were no suitable hangers in the closet and stuff was filled to the brim on both sides of the master bedroom closet leaving us no place to hang our clothes. These items should have been addressed by the cleaning staff and aren't a reflection on the property owner. We also found the master bedroom mattress to be very uncomfortable. It appears to need a box spring or firmer foundation. We had five people in the unit and think it would feel too crowded with more.

Nice condo and resort

The resort was nice and the multiple pools were a huge benefit. If I had to give one compliant the beds are all very loud and squeaky. Small moves even sounded so loud. Other than that the place was clean and had everything we needed.
