Great stay! We will definitely stay here again. Close proximity to great restaurants and obviously the beach. We only stayed as a couple but would definitely bring the kids next time. Everything you could need in unit. Awesome A/C and ceiling fans throughout. Very quiet area.

The villa was very nice and comfortable and very close to the beach. Within walking distance from all kinds of shops and restaurants. And the host was very accommodating and communicative.

Condo was clean and decorated nicely. It’s in a great location, with a short walk to the beach. The condo is small but was fine for my family of five. Would recommend staying here again.

It was a little small for three older kids but loved the access to the pool and beach. Appreciated the gated community for th older kids to go to the pool and beach by themselves.

Great location with wonderful access to the beach, shops, food and more! Unit was very clean and felt nice but was a little small and if you are tall you may need to watch your head. I’m 6’4” and the lights in the kitchen were too low for me to stand up in there and my kids (13/15 and also tall) had a little trouble fitting in the bunk beds. Overall a great value and we had a good time!

The host was amazing. Very friendly and great communication. The room was exactly how we expected it to be. It was clean and well stocked. The host had it ready for us to check in earlier than expected. The property is located on the beach and less than a five minute walk to the beach. Chairs were provided, which was nice. As for the property, it is family friendly. It not a huge or new property, but the smallness makes it more quaint and comfortable. (The only thing I would add would be some lights out by the pool). The price of our unit made it affordable and we plan on returning and using this same host and unit.

Great for a Mini Beach Getaway

Perfect amount of space for myself and my husband to have a little beach getaway. Easy walk to to the beach and easy bike ride to plenty of shopping and restaurants.

Great stay all the way around! Had an issue with the fridge but the host was in it asap! (Fan froze up that pumps air from the freezer to the refrigerator compartment). Had it handled and fixed within the day and only took about 15 mins to fix. Would definitely stay again and go through the host again.

Conveniently located with direct beach access and walkable distance to restaurants, shops, and the Piggly Wiggly grocery store. The beach was crowded, but still plenty of room for all. Was great to have the pool as an option. Bed was comfortable. If you don’t like noise above you though, I recommend a higher floor. The unit above had moments where you could hear banging or children running that luckily did not last long. Rental was clean and ok size for 2 adults and 1 teenager or 2 adults and 2-3 kids, max Loved that we were able to use the beach chairs and the host communicator was exceptional.

Great Mother-Daughter Weekend

The location of this condo is perfect. It is within walking distance of Coligny Plaza (dinner, shopping, grocery) and just far enough to be out of the beach crowds. My daughter and I had just enough space to enjoy our Girls Weekend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, parking, access to beach. Pool is small but nice. Owner is incredibly responsive to messages and questions, property is clean. Very small for 4 adults--we felt somewhat cramped, would never bring 6 as advertised. The bunk beds are not full sized twin beds and would work only for smaller children. Would work well for couples, or those with younger children.

Great location, charming, clean with lots of extra touches!

Owners go above and beyond to add extra touches to make everything nice and convenient. We were greeted with cookies, they leave beach chairs for you to use and the location is great. It’s a really cute place too! We were over all very pleased.
