Das erste Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und eine Kommode, angrenzend dazu gibt es ein Einzelbett und ein Sofa zum Verweilen und Lesen.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat 3 Einzelbetten, wobei 2 Betten zusammen ein King-Siz-Bett bilden können, plus ein Einzelbett.

Parkettboden mit Fußbodenheizung in allen Bereichen außer den Bädern, hier Fliesen mit Fußbodenheizung.

Die beiden Bäder mit hochwertiger Ausstattung sind ausgestattet mit ital. Lineabeta Produkten, haben eine Badewanne und eine Dusche.

It was a shorter stay for Oktoberfest but it was a good time! Very clean house and tons of space for people to crash. Really good location and about a 25 minute walk to Oktoberfest.

We stayed here for 4 days as a group of 5 friends visiting Munich for Oktoberfest, and it was absolutely perfect. The condo was spotless, very well maintained, and had everything we needed. The beds were all comfortable, and there was always plenty of hot water for everyone — a big plus with a larger group. The washer and dryer came in hand tooThe location couldn’t have been better: walking distance to the Oktoberfest (20 min) and surrounded by great restaurants, cafés, and bakeries. It made exploring the city incredibly easy and convenient. City center is about 25 minutes away. Our host was fantastic — very welcoming and helpful, even meeting us personally to get us settled in. That personal touch made the stay feel extra smooth and enjoyable. Thank you so much for the coffee as I forgot my Nespresso pods. Highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to Munich, whether for Oktoberfest or just to experience the city. We would definitely stay here again!

Incredible stay in Munich!

Our family had the most wonderful time during our four days in Munich. The home was beautiful and perfectly located in a neighborhood near the river, with walking & bike paths, as well as a bakery, several cafés, and a Greek restaurant where we enjoyed the most lovely meal outside at sunset one night. We cannot wait to come back and stay again!

While the apartment was lovely and conveniently located, the situation with the hot water was not good. I have texted Tanja twice to see if we could be compensated for having no hot water the first night and morning, as well as having to reset the heater by going into less than comfortable places to reset the system on our own, but I have not received any response. While I understand that the heat Germany had in August and the shutting down of the hot water heater was not Tanja's fault, I would appreciate some compensation for the inconvenience, as we did pay I good amount for our stay. I would be happy with the waiving of the cleaning fee, especially since I believe you would agree we were neat guests. Thank you for considering. Dee Ann

Great location, exactly as listed

Very modern with great access to transportation. We didn’t prefer the beds being downstairs, but this is very clear in the listing. Coffee pods and laundry detergent included, very nice. The patio is a great bonus.

Perfect!

The apartment was so modern, clean and well appointed. The check in was fantastic with Tommy so friendly and helpful. The location…worked great for us with 2 bus stops, a grocery store, a bakery with great cappuccino and baked goods, and many restaurants so close by. We really lucked out with this stay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful in Munich

A spotless very stylish rental property in a classic middle class Munich neighborhood. Surrounded by cafe's and small retail stores.....including an amazing bakery across the street and one of the best sushi places I've ever eaten at 20 yards away (!!!!). This is key.......the location comes with an available parking spot and a parking permit. Anyone familiar with renting a car while staying in a European city center knows how really useful those are. Easy access to major freeway on ramps as well.

We really enjoyed our stay. Tanja is an excellent host - So easy to communicate with! The apartment was spotless. The location is great. The beds were comfy. The wi-fi was strong. The cafe next door was fantastic! Just two heads up. First, the bedrooms are down the spiral staircase, so if stairs are a challenge, take this into consideration. Also there is no door on one of the bedrooms, but rather a curtain. This was fine for us, but may be uncomfortable for some.

Beautifully done and great location

You can tell that every detail was considered for Tanja’s home - from the beautiful decor to the fluffy towels. We were super comfortable and actually liked having the bedrooms downstairs, felt cozy. Also, having easy access to a washer and dryer was great. The location is a 10 or so minute walk to the metro and about 3 stops from there to Marienplatz. Once we figured out the metro, we went from market to market - super easy. As a bonus, there is a bakery steps from the home. Highly recommend this retreat in central Munich!

Very cozy

Tanja was great and very helpful. The place is very clean and cozy. It’s a quaint little building surrounded by apartment buildings in a quiet residential neighborhood. With quite a few bats and restaurants around. My only complaint is that the bedroom’s are side by side and one doesn’t have a door. Had to be very quiet in the morning until everyone was up.

Dear guests, We never noticed bats in the area, but if you saw some we will keep an eye on it during our next check-in at night time ;-)). Our apartment is as described based on an open loft floor plan and we want to stick to it in order to feel the space and high floor levels. If we decide to close all spaces with doors we destroy this idea. We think most guests also love this idea.

Great neighborhood, great apartment

The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. The owners came around and planted an outdoor garden while we were there; very pleasant and friendly people. We particularly liked the fact that there were great restaurants just down the street. The Greek place across the street was great, the coffee shop right outside our door had fabulous pastries, the tapas place down the road had sone of the best Asian tapas we had anywhere. Not to mention the great German beer. There were two bus stops within a block or two of the house. Altogether a great location. And Munich is terrific!

Amazing stay at Como Apartment

Traveled to Munich and had a wonderful four night stay at the Como apartment. We met Tanja, our wonderful host, at check in. She gave a us a quick tour of the apartment and answered any questions we had. Parking was included which made check in and check out a breeze. The space is bright, open and peaceful. Plenty of space for three adults and three teens. The unit has every possible amenity for a comfortable stay. The decor is beautiful and the attention to detail is amazing. We enjoyed taking a break from our long walks and sightseeing by enjoying a glass of wine on the private patio. Convenient location - lots of restaurants, cafes and bakeries in the area. Grocery store a short walk. Highly recommend this apartment and would love to return soon!

While an interesting attempt at design, this shed/garage re-do was uncomfortable and poorly located. The couch was a small & squishy futon. There was no microwave (?!) and Most frustrating no hot water! It was fixed after complaints but should have been checked before arrival. There was a strange bedroom set-up with Main one closed by gauzy curtains and a strange see-through too window into the second one. The neighborhood was pleasant, with a small park & several cafes near-by, but was quite a distance from City Center, requiring bus & metro transfers. There was a very small courtyard my wife enjoyed, but it was hemmed in by taller buildings- located behind a coffee shop, we arose early with them when they opened through the rear door outside our windows. Given its location, I doubt we’d return.

Just as note for following guests: Our courtyard house is our largest with 132 sqm on 2 levels, which we consider not as tiny. The house is staying away from the street, which all of our guests love, since it is very quiet and you have a private terrace and of course there are buildings around, we are not in the countryside. We are right into city center (very lovely neighbourhood) of a 1.5 million people city. All of our guests love the great Cafe Zimt in our front door building, which offers great breakfast, lunch and dinner just at the door step, but far enough away in the front, not to hear any noises. There are 2 bus lines direct into city center Marienplatz, inner 10 minutes you are there. There is no need to change to the metro. By accident the whole house had no hot water that evening, which was repaired right after it was noticed. More quicker it couldn't be done elsewhere in the world.

Mixed feelings

We enjoyed our stay in Munich. Tanja was incredibly helpful and kind. She was excellent in communicating with us and answered all our questions. She also helped us get parking sorted for the car, which was a big relief. The accommodation is exactly as you see in the photos - it is extremely clean, modern and well appointed and looks lovely. The location is great - with numerous restaurants nearby and a couple of supermarkets. There are a number of bus stops which make it super easy to get into the city. It's a really nice neighbourhood. But, and its a big but for us - the beds are downstairs underground. It is essentially sleeping in a cave as there are no windows or air circulation. There are fans, but we felt a bit on edge. On the plus side - it was cooler downstairs, but there was a definite smell of mould. The emergency exit underground was blocked with stuff so if there had been a problem we would have been trapped downstairs. So, for us - we have mixed feelings about the place. We thought Tanja was fantastic and we thought the place has been decorated beautifully. But, unfortunately it didn't tick all the boxes for us

Immaculate and beautiful!

The Como designer apartment is spotless and the decor is quite beautiful. Tanja -our host- clearly takes a lot of pride in the property! She was there to personally welcome us when we arrived and provided us with a lot of helpful information as we got to know the neighborhood. We found the location to be convenient. It was a very short walk to the bus stop when we wanted to take public transportation. And we never had to wait for more than a couple of minutes when we called an Uber taxi. We enjoyed several of the cafes, bars and restaurants all located in the neighborhood, as well. We felt that the apartment itself had all of the amenities that we needed for our 4 day stay in Munich. We especially appreciated having the well appointed laundry set up with washer, dryer and iron available. There were only two things that were a little challenging for us. One was that the bedrooms are located in the lower level - only reachable by a hardwood spiral staircase. That was a bit slippery when negotiating them in socks! The other is that one of the two bedrooms does not have a door. Instead, it has sheer curtains with decorative panel overlays to pull closed. We were two adult couples traveling together and it was a little bit difficult as one bedroom does not have as much privacy or a way to block light from the rest of the apartment. Ultimately, we really enjoyed our stay at the Como apartment!

Great communication--maybe not the best choice for senior travelers

First of all, Tanja is great with communications. She answered all my questions promptly and was always very positive and accommodating. The location is fine--especially if you know how to use city buses. The upstairs is bright, the kitchen is fully functional with most of what you would need (it could use some wine glasses), and the bathrooms are very good by European standards. While this apartment is pretty accurately represented in the photos, there were a couple of surprises when we arrived. The first thing is that one of the bedrooms does not have a door--only a curtain. So if you are two couples, one couple doesn't have alot of privacy. The other thing is the living room furniture is just not what it should be for a nice apartment. The sofa is extremely uncomfortable (for someone my age) as it sits very low to the ground. Further, I usually don't rent apartments unless they have comfortable seating in the living room for the number of people who will be staying there. The space devoted to living/lounging in this apartment is very limited and too much of it has been used to accommodate a very large coffee table as well as a large dining table. So there isn't enough space to provide a comfortable conversation area in the living room for 4 people. Our group of 4 ended up sitting around the kitchen table when we were together in the apartment. With more comfortable seating (for 4) in the living room I would give this apartment 5 stars.

Excellent location and nice apartment

My family spent a week in Tanja‘s Apartment before Christmas. It is well appointed and nicely decorated. Here is a list of some of the amenities in the Kitchen and upstairs living area. There is a toaster, nestle capsul coffeemaker, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, plenty of dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and bowles. No spices or baking products were left from prior residents. No salt/pepper etc. Tanja very nicely left an assortment of capsules for the coffee maker (thankyou very much) In the upstairs living area there is a TV, DVD player, Bose radio and wireless wifi, a couch/Futon (not comfortable The bedrooms are below the ground level entry. The lower living and bedroom area are in a basement that has been very tastefully converted into two bedrooms, a small living area, a bathroom and a washer and electric dryer. The master bedroom has curtains separating it from a small living area and a queen/king size bed (not sure about sizing). There is also a single bed / couch right outside the master bedroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and a sliding door to separate it from the master bedroom/ living area. The upstairs living area is on the ground floor. You go down a spiral staircase to get to the bedrooms, a second bathroom and a second small living area. The spiral staircase is a nice design but steep and might be a little difficult to navigate if you have walking issues. I regularly had to remind my kids to be careful with stocking feet. No one fell down more than a few stairs at a time so we were very happy. There is a child fence that can be put in front of the stairs at the ground level entrance to keep small kids from attempting to go down on their own. The downstairs living area and bedrooms are below ground level but very nicely decorated so you never notice that you are below ground. However since you have no exit from the bedrooms except by way of the spiral stairway there is an emergency exit so you are not trapped if there is a fire or other mishap at the ground level. During our stay the emergency exit was locked so it could not be used. Summary: Everything regarding the Apartment and location are nice. Three considerations for renters 1) street parking in late afternoon can be difficult to find so be prepared for a short walk. 2) The spiral staircase is steep and might be difficult for someone with walking issues. 3) The emergency exit should not be locked.

Please note the emergency exit is locked, but the provided keys open the door to outside in case of emergency.

Ideale Familienunterkunft

Das Objekt ist für eine Familie ideal. Für Leute, die sich weniger gut kennen, ist die Bauweise zu offen. Eigentlich handelt es sich nicht um zwei Schlafzimmer, sondern um einen Raum, der durch Vorhänge und eine dünne Wand getrennt ist. Lärmschutz existiert nicht. Dann fehlen natürlich die Fenster im Untergeschoss.
