which includes three villas: Villa Cielo ( 3 bedrooms) ,Villa Mare (3 bedrooms)
and Villa Vista (1 bedroom). Cielo e Mare Villas are three private, luxurious,
and autonomous villas set on a hill with gorgeous Sea views.


Indoor facilities
Villa Mare is a two-storey villa consisting of three bedrooms, two of which are located on the first floor with the other one. The bathrooms on the first floor are ensuite with showers. On the ground floor, there is another bedroom. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. On the ground floor, there is a spacious open area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with modern furnishings, and a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels. The large doors open onto the veranda and pool area, providing a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas.


Outdoor facilities
The most dominant feature of the exterior area is a large swimming pool with a secure session for kids to swim and a lounge area with sofas making it the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. Pretty close to this area exists an outdoor dining table under a pergola next to the charcoal barbecue with a sink, cupboards, and preparation area. Next to this area, there are comfortable sunbeds with umbrellas for luxurious poolside relaxation. Spacious verandas and balconies are the best places to spend your time outside enjoying the sea view and fresh air. Dont forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the villa.


Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27?C depending on weather conditions. We request three days advance notice for this facility.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)




From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15EUR per night/villa from April to October and 4EUR per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.



Villa Mare is a luxury villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that can comfortably accommodate 6 guests in the existing beds plus one more on the sofa in the living area.

The villa is situated at a very idyllic point and nothing can interrupt the magical views of the Cretan sea and mountains. As the villa is located on a hill, the last 600m to reach the complex is an off-road road. We recommend using an SUV car in order to reach the complex easily.


Falassarna is a small resort boasting one of the best-known beaches in Chania Prefecture and is a paradise for nature lovers. Falassarna is also known for its magnificent sunset which can be admired the best during the summer month. The area of Falassarn is also well-developed and has a lot of different types of luxury villas you can stay in and spend a few days there. At Falassarn? you can find some restaurants, beach bars - cafes where you can spend your time enjoying the sunset in the evening, or you can enjoy it while staying in a luxury and private villa. If you are a romantic, you have to wait for the sunset because it is considered one of the best and must be seen while staying in Falassarna due to the magical landscape and the immense horizon.Also in the western part of Chania, there are more beautiful beaches to visit such as Balos and Efafonissi.
