Das Innere dieser Wohnung ist NEU aufgrund einer kürzlich abgeschlossenen Renovierung, einschließlich neuer Badezimmer, neuer Schränke und Geräte in einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, neuer Möbel im hawaiianischen Stil, Bettwäsche, Kunstwerken, Dekorationen und vielem mehr.

Das Kihei Sands Condominium befindet sich direkt an einem der besten Strände von Maui, dem Sugar Beach. Von unserem Pool am Meer und unserer Grillterrasse aus können Sie praktisch den Strand berühren - sauber, sandig, unbewohnt und kilometerweit in beide Richtungen. Wie weit ist es bis zum Strand? Wörtlich um 6 Fuß! Unsere Terrassen- und Rasenflächen sind idyllisch. Perfect location and property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Kihei Sands was perfect. It was so great staying just steps from the beach. We had multiple units with grandparents / family, and the small location made it easy to always find a patio table for lunch, beach chairs for lounging. The properties all had their own beach gear that we used both on this small harbor beach, and also brought with us to bigger surf beaches elsewhere on Maui. The location is perfect to either hang on the beach, but also central to Maui so you aren't far from any of the tourist spots. Fruit stands, convenience store, and restaurants all walkable from the condo. We have stayed on Maui before this trip, and would stay here again over the huge resorts elsewhere.

Close enough to walk to restaurants, etc. The kitchen is FULLY equipped. I gave clean a 4 only because the floor needed to be mopped. We went on a sunset sushi cruise, road to Hana, helicopter, Haleakala summit, snorkeling... AWESOME vacation! Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Concierge office very helpful with any questions and advice on to do and see. Helped us with phone numbers for Luau's etc. They have beach chairs, Towels, Cooler in the room and on the padio available are floatation tubes and Boogey boards. Also on the patio are a couple barbecue's if wanted or needed. Would definitely stay here again.

You get some relief in the late afternoon which is nice for swimming in the ocean. Pool is not heated but ocean is warm and pool is only slightly cooler.

Family vacation

Information was shared with us from the beginning of our booking. We received information about the area such as things to do and eat. A week before we received information on how to check-in and check-out of the condo. It was great to receive a welcoming package especially after long flight. We enjoyed the facility and its amenities - pool and beachfront, and we even used the grill for a night in. It was a quiet place and the room was sufficient for a family of 4. We spent most of our time outdoors, surfing and exploring the island. A few things to note. The parking spaces are a bit narrow so you have to be cautious in getting in and out of your car. The king size bed is upstairs that may hinder those who have trouble with stairs as the stairs are a bit narrow. The bathrooms are an open shower concept with a partial barrier wall but be prepared to have a wet toilet floor. Overall, it was a perfect place for our family. We would go back.

Very easy going, right on the amazing 7 mile long beach of Kihea. Great access to most anything on the central and south part of the island. Two couples, we shared a one bedroom loft unit - 2 twins and 1 King. Great beds. Good climate control. Great kitchen and kitchen appliances / extras including storage containers for extra food and a vitamin for smoothies. Knives were not sharp, but that is very common. A better sharpening stone would have helped. Free and convenient parking. Loved the stay, will come back in the future...... thanks for the great stay.
