Our 2 week stay at this condo was amazing!!! Pictures are exactly what you get!! It was nice to be close to everything but also away from touristy/resort area. They provide all beach essentials, even a cooler and beach bag!! We had a rental car, which I think is a must, to explore the whole island! Here are a few pictures of our view and the beach.

The family gathered from the Mainland and the Middle East to celebrate the patriarch's birthday. Daughter and a great grandson enjoyed the comforts provided by the unit. The only issue was with the cleaning. The window sills and ledges were very dirty - not just dusty, We had a very pleasant stay and would book again.

Much of it was due to coming home every night to a charming unit that had lots of space and newer appliances to make for a comfortable stay. Getting up every morning and enjoying a coffee on the lanai was a delight as was the view of the ocean beside the palm trees. The grounds are meticulously kept and any issues or questions we had were cheerfully taken care of.

I enjoyed sleeping with my window open and hearing the crash of the waves at night. The condo had everything I needed. I loved how small this complex was, and made it quiet. The location is amazing. You can walk down the beach to Sugar bakery and shaved ice. It was perfect when we decided to explore the island.

There was one issue with the downstairs people complaining about us being heavy footed, which wasn't us. There were a bunch of kids running up and down the walkway on the second floor. Didn't bother us, it's vacation and kids love the beach. Also a few missing housekeeping items in our condos, but the staff was very helpful and very nice, and we got squared away.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a well located property - central to drive almost anywhere in Maui. It is right on the beach (not the nicest swimming beach, but great for morning walks and views.) It has all the amenities - parking, laundry room, pool, water toys, nice deck with sunscreen and grills and morning coffee, and the unit had beach chairs, towels, and a cooler, so we were ready for all of our day trips. The management was kind and helpful with laundry pods, rolls of quarters, etc.The beds were comfortable and the water pressure and temperature were good, as was the wifi (all critical to a happy vacation.) The condo unit had anything you could need in the kitchen and was well stocked. The decor could use some updating/brightening/maintenance, but nothing major. Yes, it was expensive, but the going rate for the area. Strongly recommend for a stress free getaway.

The grounds were beautiful and it’s right on the beach. The location is perfect as you can easily travel to anywhere on the island without it taking too long. We highly recommend Kihei Sands!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here while attending a wedding at Sugar Beach. The condo was exactly as described. The condo was in a great location; very clean and well stocked. We had an issue with the AC unit in the upstairs master but the property management took care of the issue immediately. The pool is small but sparkling clean and refreshing! The staff were all friendly and helpful. The nearby shave ice and bakery are a MUST!

Great ocean views

We enjoyed our stay here. It had great views of the ocean. We also enjoyed the great beach access. It was clean and close to many places on the island. We really liked they provided tea and coffee in the morning.

Unit B7 - Short but sweet, great location right on beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had just 3 nights stay. Check in on the weekend was smooth, the door keycode worked and we were able to access our unit, B7. In general the unit was in great shape and fairly clean. We had a two bedroom with master bdrm in the loft. The 2nd bedroom had 2 single beds for our two girls. AC worked well, as well as ceiling fans. Location on beach is amazing, you can walk right onto a very long and flat beach, the best one we found on the island for a walk. Surf was safe as well, so easy to swim right there. Ample parking, we never had a situation where we couldn't find a spot. You definitely need a car to stay here, need to drive to eat or buy groceries etc. There is an ABC store a 10 minute walk away, but no sidewalk, so dangerous with all the traffic. The lanai was small, but nice spot for cup of tea/coffee in morning. Ok view of the ocean. We had a few minor issues, but expect the repairs will be done for the next visitors: The fridge door handle was broken and just left on top of fridge. Appears to have been broken for some time. Neither of the two safes were working, or we couldn't get them to work, so we couldn't lock up our passports. The shower curtain rod fell in the downstairs shower, was broken inside, and appeared to be like that for a while. I expect all are easy fixes and will be fine for next person. The default checkout time is 10:00 am. We requested a later checkout and thanks to Connie, we were able to get a couple of extra hours. Any staff or visitors we spoke to were very professional and courteous.
