The condo is just how it looks on the website. Very clean. We would definitely recommend this condo to everyone. The only thing we felt it needed, and it's really minor, and that is a cheap stick style vacuum cleaner. Although, there were Swiffer mops, a vacuum cleaner would have been helpful. Also, there were people there smoking on the patio area, we felt it would be helpful to put up no smoking signs just so people would be aware. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay. We will certainly come back to this one.

Every condo does have a small closet to store our amenities such as beach chairs, umbrellas, ect ect, making it difficult to have a vacuum cleaner in the condo without making it seem overpacked. We were delighted that you did come to us about this matter and offered to have the item delivered to your condo which was later declined. We do thank you for the suggestion about a sign as well! We do put notes in our all our paperwork but would've loved to know that this was happening on our property when it was occurred. Overall, we'll be taking notes to see how we can better improve on these matters. We look forward to seeing you soon. Mahalo!

Car rental (Costco) is suggested to explore island and shopping. Unit was clean and comfortable with a nice view toward beach. Condo patio area superb with comfortable chairs, umbrellas and morning coffee. Pool is perfect to cool off in. BEACH is STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL and walking in either direction is easy, being only steps away. No seaweed like further south in Kihei. We plan on returning next January.

The condo was very clean and the property was well maintained. You truly are only steps from the nice sand beaches that have great swimming and boogie boarding waves. There are plenty of lounge chairs also available if you don't want to get sandy. The unit is a little older, but well maintained and very clean. Has all amenities that you would need. The pictures online make it look a little bigger than it is, but it was big enough.

Kitchen was nice, needed less pans and more serving pieces, some editing would be useful to free up space. Good selection of knives. Loft bedroom has a hard to use vessel sink and less privacy then most people are accustomed to although we liked it and have come back more than once to this condo. The outside gardens and pool with access to the beautiful beach can’t be beat!

Quiet, centrally located, perfect for longs walks on the beach.

The location was centrally located to reach all our Maui adventures from sport fishing out of Maalaea with Rascal, snorkeling out of Makena Landing, Trilogy catamaran sailing from Kaanapali Beach, and sunrise at Haleakala National Park. The condo was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare the fish that was caught during the fishing trip. Everything was exactly as described. It was very comfortable for our teenagers to sleep with the separate twin beds. We thoroughly enjoyed waking up every morning and walking along Sugar Beach and stopping by the Sugar Beach Bakery for some masaladas and banana bread. Would definitely recommend B-6 for a comfortable stay at Sugar Beach, Maui.

Our condo (B6) was very well stocked for our adventures on Maui. We were greeted by a most amazing welcome basket of goodies! Plenty of items to take to the beach including a cooler and a much needed umbrella, grass mats & beach towels. The kitchen was very well stocked for our stay. We loved the shared patio and access to BBQ's. There was also a little basket of sunscreen and after sun care.Location! Location! Location! A lovely walk on the beach and you reach the amazing Sugar Beach Bakery, Shave Ice Stand and ABC store. Easy access to lots of restaurants in Kihei (The food truck park was our favorite) and surf shops with beginner surf at the Cove.We loved our stay and will definitely be back because of all of the attention to detail and easy location for our daily adventures!

We loved the close proximity to the sandy beach. The beach in front of the condo was far less crowded than the public beach in town. Very relaxing. Easy to find parking. The condo was nicely decorated, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beach chairs and umbrella were also included.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location, location, location was fabulous. The cute condo is a little small for 4 people, BUT we were hardly in there all at the same time so it worked and it was stocked so well. The pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures AND it looks like it belongs to the condo that is fenced in with it, so if you chose this location for the pool, just know that. The patio overlooking the beach is beautiful and our group of 12 used it A LOT during the four days that we were there. We saw a sea turtle the day that we swam at the beach, so that really enhanced our stay. Again, the location is wonderful. The parking spots are super tight, so make sure you have a skinny driver to pull your vehicle in and out. LOL I would definitely come back to this condo or to the complex again and I would recommend it to my friends. So glad that we were able to come to Maui after the house that we originally rented in Lahaina burned down last year. OH, the flowers and plants on the property are simply gorgeous.

Clean and worked well for our family. The couch bed is in need of a new mattress. Our youngest daughters slept on that and you could feel the springs. Wasn’t very comfortable. Unit is well taken care of otherwise though.
