Das Kihei Sands Condominium liegt direkt an einem der besten Strände von Maui, dem Sugar Beach. Von unserem Pool und der Grillterrasse aus können Sie den Strand praktisch berühren - sauber, sandig, unbesiedelt und kilometerweit in beide Richtungen. Paare, Familien und Gruppen finden hier den idealen Ort zum Erholen und Entspannen. Unser Patio-Bereich hier im Kihei Sands ist eine unserer beliebtesten Annehmlichkeiten. Genießen Sie jeden Morgen mit frisch gebrühtem Kaffee oder jeden Abend den atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang, während Sie das Abendessen grillen. Fabelhafte Ausblicke von unserer Terrasse sind Schildkröten, Wale (wenn in der Saison) und nicht zuletzt unsere spektakulären Maui-Sonnenuntergänge !!! Kihei Sands verfügt über dreizehn 2-Bett / 2-Bad-Eigentumswohnungen, die sich auf der zweiten von nur 2 Ebenen befinden und insgesamt 30 Eigentumswohnungen im gesamten Komplex. Unsere schönen 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder sind modernisiert und mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie brauchen, um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Weil wir Ein-, Zwei- und Drei-Zimmer-Einheiten anbieten, Familien, Freunde, Hochzeitsfeiern, Hochzeitsreisende, Versammlungsgruppen und Senioren entscheiden sich für einen gemeinsamen Aufenthalt in den Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums.

In der Nähe befinden sich Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein kleiner Laden und ein großer Sandwich-Laden befinden sich gleich nebenan. Good clean space with great view

This was a nice place. The check in prpcess was easy and the patio on the back of the property was nice. Having beach chairs was very helpful. The disappointing part was the listing said washer dryer but it is coin laundry and not in the unit.

I did go back and check our listing for errors since we have never listed washers and dryers in our unit and it says "*LAUNDROMAT (coin-op) with library & games". Perfect Getaway Location in Kihei, Maui

Perfect location on Sugar Beach with beach and pool right at your doorstep. Beach is sandy and perfect for kids. Great patio location with community vibe - we used the grill and plenty of boogie boards, pool noodles, beach chairs and umbrellas available for use during our stay. Gorgeous sunsets and very friendly staff. Unit was clean and plenty of towels and linens provided. Comfy beds. We'll be back!

Great stay

We had a great stay at Kihei Sands. Location was perfect. Nice and quiet complex steps from the beach. Our unit had beach chairs, umbrellas and even a cooler. Kitchen was very well stocked. We originally had booked for 6 adults, but one couple backed out. It would have been pretty tight with 6, but was perfect for 4. Complex is very clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was amazing! Perfect location.

This condo was well-maintained and clean. Air conditioning worked perfect. Sugar beach was absolutely beautiful. Enjoyed the beach gear and towels. Lounging area by the ocean is great. Parking spots are very tight and hard to find especially if you are driving a larger vehicle like we were. The care package we received when we arrived was so nice. We would definitely stay again. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wow. Superbe endroit couchers de soleil magnifiques , condo bien décoré fonctionnel et très propre. Family Vacation

This is the best location for direct beach access. The rental is right on the beach and the pool looks over the beach. The host was very friendly. The property is bigger than the pictures. It fit our family of 4 perfectly. The only issue we had was we received a complaint about the kids running around too early in the morning which is very noisy for the condo below us. We tried very hard to keep the noise down, but with the time change the kids are up so early that maybe not the best condo to stay in with small children if they are early risers.
