Private Home w/ Pool 10 min from Delray

Welcome to sunny South Florida in our professionally designed Charming South Florida home! Conveniently located 10 minutes from Downtown Delray Beach and 6 minutes to the Beach, this home is a great home base to all the activities you may want to explore. When not out exploring, dive into the large screened-in pool while taking in the warm Florida sun!

Upon walking in, you'll immediately be taken back by our professionally designed 3/2 South Florida charmer. With ample seating in our living room and views of the pool, you'll truly embrace relaxing at home while being reminded you're on vacation. Our fully stocked kitchen provides all that you'll need to cook home cooked meals. The Master Suite includes a King Bed, TV & Ensuite Bathroom. Guest room 1 has a Queen and Guest room 2 comes stocked with a desk and (Twin + Full) Bunk Bed.

Outside:
Our large screened-in pool is perfect for those who love the tropics! Truly enjoy the ample outdoor seating while not being worried about insects and bugs interrupting your fun in the sun. Staying in? Cook a meal that the whole family can enjoy at our outdoor dining table - a true bonus to your stay.

- Easy Access to I-95 to get to West Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami or the Everglades!

Guest Access:
Guests will receive self check-in instructions 48 hours prior to arrival. Guests will have entire home to themselves.

Getting Around:
We recommend having a car.

Other Things to Note:
THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.

There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10pm. Please bring all noise inside after this time. This is a family neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

We are a dog friendly rental. We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $200. You can select the pet option in the same area you select guest count. If you have missed it, please reach out to us to pay your pet fee. Please inquire about multiple pets, multiple month stays and if you are traveling with cats.

The laundry room is in the carport (not inside the home).

We require an additional $1,000 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.

CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Due to the popular nature of our rental, WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE EARLY CHECK-INS AND LATE CHECK-OUTS. We need this small window of time in-between guests to prepare for your stay.

TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.
