HOUSE RULES & ACCESS
Guests have full access to the home’s living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and private yard. The garage is not available without prior written authorization. Monitoring equipment is present in the garage, disclosed per VRBO policy.
A unique door code will be sent 48 hours before check-in.
Note: To comply with Boynton Beach Ordinance Article V, Sec. 13-96(a)(4), if any guest is under 21, at least one guest must be 25+ and present at all times. This is a legal requirement for short-term rentals.
This is a quiet, residential home. Any party, event, or disturbance to neighbors will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Guests with fewer than five verified stays may be asked to provide a photo ID via the platform for verification.
A fully refundable $500 security deposit is required for all stays and is returned within 7 days of checkout, assuming no damage or rule violations.
LONGER STAYS
Stays of 28+ nights require a signed lease by all adults (18+) at least two weeks prior to arrival.
