We enjoyed our stay. We selected this home primarily due to its proximity to our daughter’s home and was a fabulous alternative to a hotel stay. The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. Sleeping spaces were very comfortable. We had a couple issues that were quickly resolved by contacting the owner…he was very responsive. We will definitely stay her again when we visit the area.

Perfect house and location for our family to gather for Thanksgiving. We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Super close to our family, paddling/kayaking, beaches and other fun activities. We will be back.

The management team was attentive but I feel that the owner needs to actually spend a couple of days in this rental to experience its shortcomings. The showers were in terrible shape, and dangerous to get in and out of, the water sprayed everywhere but on the person taking a shower. The pool and hot tub were in constant need of adjustments and it took many phone calls to get them to work properly. This is an expensive rental in an inexpensive neighborhood that desperately needs some attention by the owner to keep the renter from feeling that they are paying too much for poor quality. We spent almost 600 per night and the rental was not worth the cost.

Thank you for your feedback. We were genuinely surprised to receive a 1-star review, as we have been successfully renting this home for the past three years and have consistently maintained 5-star reviews, along with many repeat guests. Regarding the pool, it was newly built three years ago and features a modern system operated by an iPad located inside the home. Clear written instructions are provided next to the device. When you initially had difficulty operating it, we promptly walked you through the process over the phone. After that conversation, you confirmed that you understood how to use the system, and no further concerns were raised during your stay. As for the showers, the bathrooms were fully renovated three years ago, and we have not received any previous complaints. Everything is maintained in excellent condition. In terms of pricing, your reservation was for New Year’s week, which is one of the highest-demand times of the year. Additionally, the property is located just one mile from the beach, which is reflected in seasonal market rates. All pricing was clearly displayed at the time of booking. Lastly, we did have a conversation regarding your dog. Our pet policy clearly states a maximum weight limit of 20 lbs. The dog brought to the property was over 40 lbs, which did not comply with our stated policy. We simply asked that house rules be respected. We always strive to provide an excellent experience for our guests and respond promptly to any concerns. We

The property is better than advertised! It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen has everything you'd need, and the property managers are very responsive and accommodating. The outdoor space (pool/spa, dining and seating areas) are the highlight. We cannot wait to return!

Backyard Paradise

We really enjoyed our stay. The backyard is beautiful and private even better than the pictures. The pool and spa were great for rest or play! The neighborhood was quiet. The house was very clean and had everything needed for a family vacation! The host communicated clearly and was very accommodating. Not too far from many beaches! Would not hesitate to stay again if in the area.

Beautifully renovated house with fantastic backyard!

The house was recently renovated and beautifully decorated. Well stocked kitchen and baths. The backyard was by far the highlight of our stay. Heated guinite pool and spa, chaise lounges, dining table, grill - perfect for our getaway. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Short drive to beach and restaurants.

Beautiful house!!

Me and my family had an amazing time on our vacation! The backyard/pool was definitely the highlight. Our family was out there everyday and almost every night! House is fully equipped with everything we needed. Had an incident with the air one night and the owner was able to get someone out the next day, so one overnight was a little rough/hot. But otherwise we had an amazing time and didn’t want to leave!

We have stayed here twice. We love the pool area! The house has everything we need. The kitchen is nice and well stocked. The location is good...walking distance to Lantana bridge/marina, with a couple of nice places to eat (Ole Key Lime House and Kona Bay Cafe). Publix is a short 5 min drive, as is the beach. There was a cleanliness issue at check in, but the owners responded quickly and the issue was addressed immediately. There are a couple of small things that could be addressed, but overall, it is a great value and a nice place, especially if you like access to a private pool and a great outdoor space.

Great house close to the beach

This was a great stay. The communication was easy and I received prompt responses whenever a question was asked. The pool is very nice, and easy to operate the lights, spa heater, etc on an ipad on the wall. Spa heats up within minutes. This was also shown to me in person when I checked in by someone. Great customer service. It's about a mile from the beach and only a little over a 1/2 mile to walk to restaurants nearby. Highly recommend. Hard to beat this for the price. If you compare this to staying at a hotel, this wins every time easily.
