Amazing property for a girls trip. Great location and has everything you could need. Had the best time and would highly recommend. Lots of space, loved the fact each bedroom and its own bathroom. Would come back!

House was in a nice location, beautiful view, plenty of room, porch was great-lots of seating (which is where we spent most of our time) Incidentals-Refrigerator-The ice machine not working correctly (called about that-fixed part of problem then wasn’t dispensing ice, missing a shelf in the refrigerator, dirty pans in the oven, the kayaks were filthy, exhaust fans in both the upstairs bathrooms made a loud squealing noise, kitchen faucet needs fixing-whole unit turns. I left note of what we found wrong & needing fixing

Perfect House

We had a large group for a fishing and hunting trip in the area and this house worked out perfectly for us. We loved the house; clean, nice and roomy and we enjoyed the outdoor space.

Intercostal stay

The views were absolutely amazing, and I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom for added convenience. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook and entertain. The deck was spacious, perfect for relaxing, and the pool was wonderfully warm.The room with the twin beds could use some improvement in comfort, and it would have been nice if each room had more hangers in the closets. Additionally, the house could benefit from a little TLC to bring it to its full potential. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and with just a few adjustments, it could be even better!

Perfection near West Palm Beach!!!

We had a great experience at this wonderful home on the water. We arrived late and the owner had gone in advance to turn the lights on and have everything ready. The furniture/decor is super cute. All 6 bathrooms were spotless and the entire home was very clean. The views from this location are incredible sunrise to dark. We enjoyed the pool every day (shout out to pool boy Ian), the very large deck, and the cabana with the lights at night. The hot water never ran out despite 6 women showering at the same time :) We took the kayaks out for a spin too. The location is perfect! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Property

It was the perfect answer to our golfing women to relax and strategize between rounds. The home was expansive and the huge deck was fabulous with beautiful views day and night. It was the highlight of our trip!

Don’t rent

This place and A termite infestation, I unwrapped a clean towel and there was three spiders in it, unchained sheets, and pillowcases. There was standing water in the pots that were put away in the cupboard, dirty plates and forks with clean plates and forks. The house sleeps 12 but there’s parking for two cars at night. You have to swatter away termites due to the infestation.

Beautiful outdoor space

We booked this house because of the waterside location and outdoor amenities. We were not disappointed! And spent a lot of time on the veranda or under the tiki hut, where the constant breezes made for comfortable temperatures. The kitchen is a bit small for a large house. Renters should know that one of the bedrooms can only be reached through another bedroom. Overall we enjoyed the house and would highly recommend it.

Family wedding

We were in Florida for a family wedding. Being able to find the Intercoastal Paradise condo was perfect. It’s 6 bedroom, 6 bath allowed us all to stay together. The location was perfect. The outdoor space is what made the condo so special. We spent most of our time outside in the pool, enjoying the intercostal waterway, and just hangin out. There was plenty of seating in the sun and shade for everyone. The indoor space also had plenty of seating for all of us to be in one space together. The hosts were very helpful and responded to any needs we had in a timely manner. Our group had a wonderful time and will definitely rent the condo again if any of us are in the area.

Needs a deep clean and updating

Overall we had a great time and stay. I would recommend a deep clean, money spent on fixing the water damage around the house. My kid's feet were so dirty from walking around barefoot inside, you tell it was just spot-cleaned. The location was fantastic!

Absolutely WONDERFUL!

This house was perfect for our party of 10! Every bedroom as a bathroom! A MUST HAVE for all us ladies! The view was gorgeous! And the deck is HUGE! It has plenty of chairs and areas to sit and enjoy paradise!! And that dining table is huge too! Everyone LOVED LOVED LOVED it!

Spacious, Amazing Outdoor Space & Beautiful View of Intracostal

Five friends and I spent a few days in this property. What a treat that each one of had his own bedroom and bathroom! the common area was well laid out and spacious. The magic was the spacious outdoor space with a gorgeous and peaceful view of the Intracostal, including a gazebo and heated pool. We sure plan on coming back!

Very happy with this property!

The house has a great waterfront position with a beautifully updated and spacious deck - terrific for relaxing outside! The bedrooms all have ensuites and are very comfortable. While there are 6 bedrooms, we only needed 4, which worked out well as we could skip the smallest and the twin room! We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful View

We booked this house for our annual girls trip. The view was amazing and the pool was heated! We found that the cleaning people could have done a better job cleaning the floors. We were walking around barefoot in the house and our feet were black on the bottom. Some of the ladies complained about the beds were not comfortable and some of the rooms could use a dresser to store their clothing for the week. Overall we had a great time and would rent this house again. The property manager Kevin was very responsive.
