Enjoy your stay in this updated 2-story house, which is both minutes from the beach and downtowns Atlantic Ave. The house is close enough to the action but also located in a quiet neighborhood where you and your family/friends can enjoy a private setting.


The house is 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and full bath, there is also a small room connected to the master that is considered the second bedroom which is separated by a barn door, it has a balcony a day bed and a queen size automatic blow up mattress for added comfort if needed. The Master and second bedroom have only one entrance through the Master. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a balcony, and the fourth bedroom has bunk beds with a full size on the lower and a twin size on the upper. The sofa in the living room turns into a bed with close proximity to the half bath.

The house has 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. There is also a convenient laundry room in the living room area

*Note all showers and bedrooms are on the 2nd floor.

The backyard has a dining area and a grilling station.( Propane fill and or refill will be tenant responsibility)

Beach chairs/ Loungers are available.

We had such a wonderful stay at this home. The house was incredibly clean and thoughtfully appointed, with plenty of space for our group to spread out and relax. The location was perfect—we loved being able to easily walk to the beach.One of the highlights was definitely the beds. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable and the sheets were so soft. One of our guests has had two back surgeries and even mentioned they slept better here than at home, which really says a lot. Overall, it was such a great stay and we would absolutely come back!

Terrific Weekend Getaway

We had a great experience staying at this lovely property. The host was very kind and communicative, and the house was exactly as represented and well maintained. The location is ideal as it is very close to the entertainment and shopping areas of Delray, yet just far enough away to have peace and quiet and a restful stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice house for the holidays

We have family nearby and wanted an alternative to hotel rooms for the week. This house was just the ticket. Walkable to anywhere you want to go in Delray, the house was clean, everything was new, and Ibrahim was incredibly responsive to the few minor questions we had during our stay. Will stay here again.

Positive experience

Great location for a weekend getaway. The property manager was very responsive as we planned our trip. Rooms were clean and there was lots of space for our family to spend time with each other, cook, and hang out.

Delray is always been a traditional place that my family and I go every year. This is the first year that we rented a house . The house is well located to the beach and Atlantic Ave. The house was very clean and was exactly how it was presented online. Ibrahim was very responsive and promptly responded to any questions we had it.
