With king beds in 2 of the bedrooms, 2 singles in the third, ensuite, family bathroom and separate toilet, it’s big enough to accept any combination of friends and family. Plus, there’s onsite parking so you can just cruise straight in. This is special.

Guest Access:
Guests have full and private access to the apartment. Parking is available for two cars only.
The Neighborhood:
Visitors who love the beach will enjoy being just metres from the sand, but there’s more to this very central location than just beach life. Shops and restaurants are close by and the unique Mount Hot Pools are just a 4-minute walk down the road. There’s a separate pool for the young children to play in, one for hydrotherapy and one just for relaxing. You could even treat yourself to a massage.
Other Things to Note:
- No parties allowed.
- This is a smoke free property.
- CHECK OUT: Check-out is at 10 am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 + GST for every half hour you remain in the property.
- NO VISITORS: This means only the exact guests booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in immediate removal from the property, and all associated costs will be charged to you. If you wish to have guests visit while you are at the property please contact us before your booking so we can provide case-by-case approval.s.
- ADDITIONAL CLEANING: If you are booking for longer than two weeks, the owner requires a clean at least every two-week period. We will send this amended cleaning charge once we receive your booking.
- QUIET HOURS: Please be considerate of our neighbours - no loud noises between 8pm - 7am. Neighbours can call a hotline regarding excessive noise. If the property managers must attend due to excessive noise there is a $250 + GST fee.
- MISSING KEYS: If you lose a key / swipe card a replacement fee of $100 + GST will be charged.
- LOCKOUTS: If you lock yourself out of the property and a property manager has to attend to provide additional keys there will be a call out fee of $250 + GST charged.
- PETS: Approved on a case-by-case basis.
