This dog-friendly and centrally located apartment enjoys an ideal position to enjoy days at the beach or easy access to local cafes, restaurants and shopping. Fully-equipped with large Smart TV, free Wifi, board games and books makes for an ideal family get-away.
The Space:
This Mt Maunganui holiday apartment includes upmarket open plan living, with everything you need for a relaxed stay. Keep cosy indoors with the Aircon/Heat pump or set yourself up on the generous deck for BBQs in the sun... your fur baby will be happy to join you here! This is a fantastic base for a refreshing escape at The Mount, enjoying a central location and modern living!
The master bedroom is fitted with a super comfy Queen bed, while bedroom 2 includes 2 single beds. There is also a third bedroom with a double bed if you're \wanting to spread the kids out.
When you are not enjoying time out with your group, wander to Pilot Bay for walks along the beach, or head to main beach and local cafe's for days out and about.

**Please note:
- There is no designated parking space for this property, only free on-street parking.
- There is a maximum of 4 adult guest allowed at this property.
- The owners live upstairs.
- While the property is dog-friendly, this is dependant on the size and breed and is really only appropriate for 1 dog. Please ensure your pets are well-behaved and are able to stay off all the furniture (including beds, couches and outside furniture), that you bring their own crate, bedding and water/feed bowls, and that you remove any dog poo before you depart.
- This is a pet-friendly unit and we do our best to clean all pet smell, hair ect from the property, but if you are sensitive to pets, then this is possibly not the place for you.

Parking for this apartment is on the street, and the upstairs apartment is occupied by the owners during your stay.
This is a pet-friendly unit and we do our best to clean all pet smell, hair ect from the property, but if you are sensitive to pets, then this is possibly not the place for you.
Please note the cleaning fee includes:
- Pre and post stay clean.
- Commercial laundering and supply of all linen including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats, face cloths, hand towels and tea towels.
- Basic supplies and consumables, such as pantry items; shampoo, conditioner & body wash; coffee, tea & sugar etc.
- Rubbish & recycling removal.
**2 night minimum year-round
3 night minimum for all long weekends throughout the year.

Cancellations on vrbo, bookabach and booking.com will incur a credit card charge regardless of cancellation policy. The host will send the guest a break down showing the non-refundable credit card fee.
The government has recently added a 15% occupancy tax to all holiday properties - we have adjusted the prices as much as possible to accomodate for this new tax.

Our apartment is fully managed which means all linen is commercially laundered & ironed, the apartment is professionally cleaned to hotel-standard before and after your stay and we have a dedicated local Property Manager who is available to help in any way, be it local knowledge of must-see & dos, recommendations of cafes and restaurants to just sorting out those occasional enquires or issues you may have.
