With a stunning outlook to Mount Drury, covered in beautiful Pohutukawa trees and vegetation, this three-leveled duplex sleeps 5 guests, making it an ideal getaway. The layout is also perfect for couples or corporates, and your fur baby is welcome too—just request on booking.
The Master bedroom, loft-style, is perched on the top floor with a super king-size bed (can be split into 2 singles upon request). It boasts a wardrobe and ensuite with a shower, basin, and toilet. The high ceilings and architecturally angled wall create a light, bright atmosphere, bringing the beautiful green outdoor backdrop inside.
On the second floor, you'll find the open-plan living area, furnished with modern, comfortable seating and a study desk with an HP monitor for those needing to work during their stay. Capture village views from the dining table near the balcony that opens out to Mount Drury, equipped with a Weber BBQ grill for your enjoyment. The fully equipped kitchen and a second bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet are also on this floor.
The ground floor houses the single bay garage, washing machine, and the final bedroom, featuring a queen bunk bed with a single bed on the upper level. The courtyard provides a sunny spot to relax on outdoor lounge furniture and enjoy the buzz of town, the soothing sounds of birdlife, and the gentle sea breeze.
Additional parking for one vehicle is available in front of the home, with free street parking if needed.
