Guest Access:

The property is situated down a pan-handle driveway. Guests have access to a double garage. There is no space to turn around, guests must be comfortable to back out the long driveway.



The Neighborhood:

If you want the main attractions of the Mount hot pools, an 8-minute drive will get you there. Golf is just 6 minutes down the road, Bayfair Shopping Centre is close by for some retail therapy and the Baypark Event Centre is only 10 minutes by car. Plus, there’s the Baywave Aquatic Centre if the kids need to burn off energy on a rainy day.

* Pets are welcome, but please note the property is not fully fenced, so supervision is required. Pets are not to be left unattended and must be kept off furniture and beds.

* No gatherings/events over the maximum of 8 guests permitted. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Unauthorized gatherings will not be tolerated. Breach of this house rule can result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

* The commercial linen service and bath towels is included in the cleaning fee, but beach towels are not provided in this service.

* Please note that this property is not equipped with a portacot, high chair and baby equipment. It does have stairs not suited to toddlers.
