Enjoy a fully updated & directly across street from beach access at Surfside
II unit 109. This unit is on the Ground floor with no stairs
Cozy property features:

*Fully equipped kitchen w/pots, pans, dishes & Linens/towels

Surfside II #109 is a nicely updated condo on the ground floor facing Gulf
Blvd - approximately 50 yards to “toes in sand.” No stairs are needed with 2
off street parking spaces.
Your cozy accommodation beckons relaxation with a soothing pastel pallet,
comfortable beds with sleeping for up to 6 guests and a kitchen with modern
appliances that is fully stocked with the essentials you'll need to prepare
your favorite meals.
We do provide towels & linens.
Their is a king in the master bedroom, a double in the 2nd bedroom with 2 twin
beds and a pull out couch in the living room as a double. We provide an airbed
as well but please bring bedding if you plan on using. There are 2 full
bathrooms here.
Your walk to the beach is convenient since Surfside II is located directly
across from the beach access and an outside rinsing station makes it easy to
wash away sandy feet upon your return.
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only
provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want
you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a
power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router
to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top
of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and
plugging it back in it will pop up
A lovely tropical courtyard with a sparkling pool, picnic areas and BBQ pits
invites you to enjoy the warm outdoors. Grassy areas are perfect for your
outdoor games and the spacious pool deck provides plenty of room for lounging
by the pool
Message me for pool & hot tub hours - pool is not heated year round, inquire
for exact dates - though hot tub is always heated
You'll want to explore nearby shops, popular restaurants and local attractions
and Surfside II is located conveniently near many Island favorites. Your
relaxing Island getaway begins at Surfside II
We do allow a max of 6 guests including infants at this property. Please
understand they do count a golf cart as a vehicle and there is no guest
parking at this property. This property requires condo access wristbands year
round. In March there is a per person fee for the bands due to spring break.
One of the beds counted by airbnb is an airbed we provide with pump. Please
bring bedding if you plan on using
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask before you book as we do
have a strict cancel policy on this property and do not want anyone
disappointed. Y
Property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre
Blvd on the Island “just in case” you need help. We do have complimentary
linen and towel exchange for stays over 3 nights.

time $59 damage coverage protection plan fee (not refundable) to assure

You may choose to do a fully refundable $500 damage deposit. You must do one
or the other to book this property and stay here
We bill for either via the Airbnb resolution center prior to arrival. Again,
these are fully disclosed for guest convenience as many HOAs are very strict
on coverage plans.
Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or
older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to
booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes
with additional requirements.
2.) Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached
photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre
Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign by docusign
prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide
your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb
messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do
NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible
with additional requirements
