Communication with our host Kabes was great, check in went smooth and easy..we stayed at The Lost Lobster our stay was comfortable and clean we also received a discount for booking early. we were steps away from the beach which was amazing for us. This was our second stay at The Tiki Condominiums and we will continue to stay there every time we go back. AC was great as well. Thank you so much for an amazing vacation.

This was the perfect place for a beach getaway. The room was wonderful—comfortable, clean, and exactly what we were looking for. One of our favorite things was how close everything was. The beach was just a very short walk away, making it easy to spend most of our day enjoying the sand, waves, and ocean breeze.The pool was also fantastic and added to the relaxing atmosphere of the property. Accommodations were great, location was perfect. I was not in the condo very much as I was out and about touring the island. The only disappointment was the smell of the condo, seemed very stale, but I was able to purchase a glade small spaces air freshener and this seemed to help tremendously. Other than that everything was great.

We stayed at the Lost Lobster 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It was perfect for my husband and I. The unit faces the courtyard (pool) and is steps from the beach. The unit was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Nice extras included some folding chairs for the beach, extra beach towels, and there are some books and games. The photos on VRBO accurately depict the unit. The host was responsive to questions. Check-in and check-out were simple. We would definitely stay here again.Our trip was a mini family reunion and other family stayed in other units. The Tiki is our favorite place to stay on SPI. It was one of the first condos built on SPI, so it is older but well-maintained. We love that it is family-oriented and the location is great. A courtyard view is recommended for units toward the north since a hotel was built next door. Walkable to Clayton's and the Sea Turtle rescue. You need to be able to climb stairs if you are not on a ground floor unit.
