We had a fantastic time! The place is super close to the beach. The beach seemed to be much quieter than other areas. We would definitely stay again.

This is our 3rd year to stay at the Inverness. Never the same room. We love the location of the building and the fact the pool stays in the sun all day. Great access to the beach. The building is in great maintence with them always making improvements. A great choice when looking for a place to stay at SPI.

Great beach getaway

Nice place with a good location. Condo was updated, clean, and just like the pictures online. We really enjoyed our stay and will rent from SPI again.

Fantastic! Highly recommend!

The condo was, as always, fantastic. The condo was clean, the beds were nice, and the view was phenomenal. The improvements with the public beach access next to the building made things even better! The check-in process with SPI Rentals was great as well. Highly recommend!

Great condo!

It goes without saying that the view in this condo is fantastic. Everything was super clean and updated. Can't wait for the new walkway and shower to the beach to be finished. Will definitely stay here again.

Anniversary trip

This condo was exceptionally nice and updated. The beds were comfortable and quality lines were provided. Unit was very clean. Travel sized shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and dish soap were provided. We especially enjoyed a cup of coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise.

Oceanfront Beauty

A beautiful condominium with coastal decor, all the amenities, fully stocked kitchen, and the most amazing balcony view of the ocean! There is no better way to start your day than sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee, watching the sunrise and listening to the ocean waves!
