This resort community has it allâpools, a large hot tub, exercise room, tennis courts, racquetball courts, table tennis, sauna, and access to the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a central location that puts you within reach of the restaurants, bars, and island activities.
ABOUT THE CONDO
The second-floor living room is wrapped with floor-to-ceiling windows, providing plenty of natural light and beautiful views. Kick back on a large sectional sofa (which converts to a bed) in front of the 40â flat screen TV. Mix your favorite drink at the wet bar.
A half bathroom is conveniently located just off the living area.
The spacious kitchen is well equipped to appease any chef, with ample counter space for prepping meals and beach snacks.
The dining area seats six around a large wooden table, with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. Relax in the sun on the wraparound balcony and enjoy the sea breezes. An outdoor dining set with seating for four encourages al fresco meals.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, dresser, and a 32â TV. Step through the sliding glass door and take in the gulf views from the private balcony. The master bathroom has a dual vanity and a tub/shower combination.
The second and third bedrooms both have full-size beds and 32â TVs. Both rooms have access to the spacious outdoor patio with panoramic views and lounge seating. The shared bathroom has shower/tub combo.
Amenities include a washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and one parking space in the outside parking lot.
This property is registered with the City of South Padre Island. Permit No. 2015-376661.

Just a few minutesâ stroll from the beach via the communityâs private entrance, your rental places you at the heart of South Padre Island.
Youâre just blocks away from the main drag, Padre Boulevard, home to an array restaurants and shops. Feast on BBQ at Smokey Tails or Cajun cuisine at Daddyâs Seafood & Cajun Kitchen, or choose from many other cafes, bar and grills and other options.
For the golfers in the group, South Padre Island Golf Club is just a 20-minute drive. Youâll also find many rental companies within a mileâfrom bikes to boats to jet skis to golf carts, everything you need for your summer adventure can be found nearby.
**** Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas. All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
** The host does not always guarantee stable wifi services during your stay. This may also affect television streaming services.
This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please get in touch with us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation. All guests must be 29 or older during March except for families with children.
