We were a group of eight, including 2 year olds. Everything was great! Management was very responsive and helpful. Even suggested some things to do while we were there that we had not done even informed us about the launch. The house had everything we needed

Great Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay -= only issue was parking. If you have large vehicles ( truck / SUV) only real room for one vehicle. We parked on Gulf Blvd - fairly close to house. Also - keyless lock would not let us in - manager came and fixed it.

No grilling is kinda silly. The master bed was very firm. I’m not one to sit around and watch TV while at the beach. but during rainy season, it would’ve been nice to have a TV that offers apps for streaming or at least the ability to mirror (chromecast or airplay). The space was adequate for a family of 6, and pet friendly. Nice, clean pool. And the place had great water pressure.

Everything was clean, inviting, cozy. Our experience was viewed as great. There were extra kitchen/ cleaning items readily available. The property itself is very clean, pool was also kept up with. There were extra pillows, blankets if needed. The area/ location was quiet and serene. It was a quick walk to the beach, easy access to outdoor showers. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a quick getaway. The host gave us a call the day before, went over rules and expectations, easy check in/out process. There was also a binder of the same rules/ expectations for check out found in living room.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time in SPI, and this was a great property to stay at for our first visit. We had two adults and six kids, and there was plenty of room for all of us—we never felt crowded. The property had a nice pool, and the grounds were well maintained. The location was less than five minutes from the beach and beach access, and it was conveniently close to many restaurants and attractions. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to families or larger groups looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay. We would gladly stay here again on our next trip to South Padre Island!
