Great stay near Disney!

Location and layout was excellent! Only trouble ran into was out of paper supplies (toilet paper and paper towels) and no garbage bags despite the strict instructions on garbage

Hi Samantha, glad you enjoyed the home's location and layout so much! Please note replenishing of those supplies (once you run out) are the guest's responsibility, per our pre-arrival instructions also. Sorry if that was missed. Highly recommend reaching out to our office in the future, should a similar concern arise. We look forward to hosting you and your family again, the next time you visit the area.

lovely little escape

We loved our time here. The house is perfectly laid out with plenty of room and spaced out so you don't feel like you're on top of each other. We enjoyed our time spent by the pool between days in the parks. We were surprised by how much seating is available! We would definitely stay here again.

The host was extremely accommodating! We were able to reach out anytime and he responded quickly. The property was probably the best we have stayed in ever after many Orlando vacations. If there was a problem with six adults all using smart phones or tablets the internet was painfully slow most of the time. Fortunately we were out at the parks most of the time so it was just a slight inconvenience. We would stay here again gladly!

Hi John, thank you for the 5-star review. We are happy to hear the home was one of the best you’ve stayed in, and that communication was smooth throughout your trip. We appreciate the note about the internet speed and looked into it: turns out the cable company had to send a so called firmware update to the modem, which they have now done, so all is great again for future stays. We look forward to hosting you and your family again the next time you visit the area.

Having a single level was perfect for us “boomers” (5 couples) and the host was very responsive. Close to Disney and other resort areas. Getting the pool spa heated was really easy and handled remotely. Property was clean with no smells and furnishings were well kept and not old or dated. Loved the dual function coffee maker that worked with both ground coffee and Kuerig pods. The only downside is there was no shower soap or shampoo provided but as a vacation stay that’s a small thing.

Hi Ted, thank you so much for the wonderful review. We're glad to hear the home worked perfectly for your group of "boomers" and that you enjoyed the location, cleanliness, and amenities. We appreciate you mentioning the note about shower soap and shampoo: as a self-catering vacation home, guests typically bring their own toiletries, similar to most vacation rental stays. Still, we’re happy you had such a great experience overall and hope to welcome you back soon.

Restaurants, groceries and shopping only a couple of minutes away.. Airport was only 30 minutes and anyone going to disney is only a 10 minute drive.. Pool was nice and warm and hot tub was perfect on the cool nights.. Would definitely recommend this property

Excellent property

We loved our short stay. The house was very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and close to Disney. Plenty of pillows, blankets, towels and starter items. The room layout was great too. We appreciated having 3 kings and twins as well. There is also a very relaxing and covered sitting area on the pool deck that we really enjoyed. I would absolutely consider staying here again. My only suggestion would be adding a Keurig machine.
